"We spent a little over 2 months in this well appointed townhouse this past winter. Had pretty much everything we needed for a longer term stay. The owner was accessible and communication was good. Staying "off island" was initially a concern, but there is much to do and closer to the golf courses we frequented. We enjoyed not having quite as much "hustle and bustle". The townhouse is quiet, separate and has great views of the golf course out the back patio. Would recommend highly for shorter or extended stays. We have already committed to Feb and March 2016, and looking forward to returning."

"My family and I had an excellent time in this property which we highly recommend to anyone vacationing in the area of Bluffton, SC and Hilton Head Island, SC. For years, my sister-in-law advised us to consider rentals for vacations and getaways. Stubbornly, we continued staying in hotels. With the discovery of this property, we are converts to rentals. The space was just right for our family. We were very comfortable for the week. We will return!"

"This was our first visit to Palmetto Bluff, but it won't be our last. It is so peaceful and quiet, it's like a piece of heaven. The house was wonderful! Spacious, warm, beautifully furnished and perfect for three couples plus one or two children. There were three suites with a king bed and bath and a fourth bedroom with a full bed. The screened in porch in the back, complete with ceiling fans, was perfect on a hot day, although the front porch swing beckoned family members. Both the house and the resort offered countless amenities. The Village is the only place to stay given its proximity to the Inn, the marina etc. We will definitely be back and this house will be our first choice."

"Pantry ceiling light is out.
Ceiling light over kitchen island is out.
"stop" for door to corner cabinet next to sink needs replacement (door doesn't close flush).
Toilet seat hinge in downstairs bathroom is broken.
Safe in master BR closet was locked and unusable.
MBR dressing closet could use a small bench or chair for putting on shoes.
Cane seats in bar stools are shot (one sits on metal seat brackets) and could use cushions or replacement.
As we discussed, I "lubricated" front door but it could use a minor shaving, especially to aid closing in very humid weather. Keys were a bit difficult in front lock, probably from bring duplicated many times - it's helpful if locksmith touches up on wire wheel after cutting.
I don't mean to be picky but thought you might be interested in attending to for future guests. We were VERY pleased with the house and how well it suited our needs for housing some of the wedding party, hair and makeup center for the bride, two mothers, and 6 bridesmaids and lunch for 30 or so on wedding day, and farewell breakfast for 30 or so yesterday. It was great to have a number of parking spaces (and only mild rebukes from neighbors when we overflowed onto the street). A downside of course is the high cost of properties at Palmetto Bluff and a disappointment was lack of discount even for a third night.
Thanks again, and please relay our compliments to the [owners]."
