"This is our 13th year at Fripp and don’t want to go anywhere else. The last 5yrs have been in this house and plan to go many more (already booked for next year). We love the quiet private neighborhood and pool. Debbie is always easily accessible and always taken care of any issues quickly (which have only been minor). House is well equipped and comfortable as well as the golf cart and bikes are a major plus. The beach is never crowded and always an adventure finding a wide variety of shells and wildlife."

"Beautiful ocean view from living area. Great beach access via the home's private walkway. Very family friendly. Furnishings were very comfortable. Sunrise and sunset views were beautiful without leaving the house. Harbor island is a great private/gated community. The beach is uncrowded and the surf is gentle enough for small children. We loved exploring during low tide.
Would definitely stay again."

"We stayed at this home for a family vacation with our three young children. Staying oceanfront with three young kids (five and under) is so worth the cost. Being able to walk off the deck into the ocean (literally) is so worth every penny rather than lugging all your beach stuff on a long hot walk to the beach. That being said and reading the last two reviews where they described the house being in disrepair, I think the price is reasonable for being an oceanfront home on a private gated island in prime season. For a house that is a little nicer and also oceanfront, you could easily pay a thousand to two thousand more dollars or more. We found the house clean with dated furniture (couches especially) but overall we were very satisfied with the property. For the convenience of being THAT close to the ocean, and having a very reasonable price, you are going to have some tradeoffs. The house is in a good location, easily walkable to the pool. It was a little disappointing to not being able to walk on the beach in the evenings (tide dependent). The ocean literally comes under the house during high tide and there is no beach sometimes. This house has beautiful views, and the back enclosed porch overlooking the ocean is so great. We spent a lot of time there. Also having tons of beach toys for kids, beach towels, a high chair, an exersaucer (for babies) was really handy. I would add that the pillows and linens could be upgraded, but they weren't bad. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and quick to respond."
