"The house was well appointed and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay - extra blankets, bath towels, cleaning supplies, ample dishes and cooking accoutrements. It also had an amazing view of the marsh. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck and watching the birds, deer, and other wildlife. We wished we had brought binoculars and our bird book and will definitely do so next time we stay. The house is also within easy walking distance of a boardwalk that goes out over the marsh where my two young kids spent a lot of time crabbing and exploring along the path. The owners were great to work with - very nice, very responsive. We would recommend this rental and will likely be staying here again next summer. We thought it was a great value. Thanks so much for a great week at Fripp!"

"This is our 5th trip to Fripp Island staying at Hidden Treasure. The house is ideal for our family! It has plenty of room, it's super tidy and in a great location. Mary is a gracious hostess and takes exceptional care of her guests and home. We will absolutely be back!"

"The house was fantastic. We came down from Virginia for my sons graduation from Marine Corps basic training and the house was perfect for friends and family to gather and reconnect. It was a 20 min drive to MCRD, very easy, it took longer to get the thru main gate than it did to get there. The Large well stocked kitchen made cooking "real" meals a breeze. The living room area was where everyone spent most of the time, just sitting and talking, and looking out the windows at the terrific views. Unfortunately the weather was very cold the week we were there, 19 degrees one night with 40 mph winds - BRRRRR, but that didnt affect our stay one bit. Several of us did use the golf cart on one of the warmer afternoons to do a little exploring at the complex beaches. I would love to come back here when the weather is just a little warmer and spend some quality down time.
Thanks so much for a great place to stay."

"Our family gets together for Christmas every other year and we have stayed in many beach homes up and down the east coast over the last 20 years. This house is definitely at the top of our list! Perfect layout for large families with bedrooms spread out on both sides of the house and upstairs. The large combination living/dining/kitchen area meant that all of us could be in the same area without being crowded at all. Great furniture in the living areas and the beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was the best -- two of everything and then some. We had no problem having two or three cooks in the kitchen every night for dinner. Nice touches throughout to make our first-ever stay on Fripp so wonderful. We were close enough to pop over to the beach every day and we all loved walking the trails too. We even brought a couple of kayaks to put into the river which was great. But the absolute best part of our vacation happened after we left. My sister lost a necklace that she has worn for more than 30 years. She was so distraught. The owner said he would have the cleaning crew look for it. Not only did they empty out the vacuum cleaner, but they looked high and low and finally found her necklace. The owner could have simply shipped the necklace to us, but he took it to his jeweler, had it cleaned and boxed up so nicely, then shipped it to me so I could surprise my sister with it. We presented it to her today and she was overwhelmed with his thoughtfulness. Thank you so much for making our Christmas so memorable this year!"
