  • Family Vacation Spot

"This house is amazing and Li (the owner) is so easy to work with! The house was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 1 child. We really wanted a place for us to gather for dinners and family time. The open space (dinning area, kitchen, and TV area) made it easy for us to cook together, eat, play games, do puzzles, and watch some TV! The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very clean and comfortable. Fripp Island is paradise! I am so glad we have family that live on this special island! It is always hard to leave and come back to California. We always miss the ocean, slow pace, and cruising around on the golf cart. I highly recommend this house. We will be back soon!"

  • Most serene vacation ever!

"We just left Fripp this morning after a wonderful, peaceful week while staying at this home. Such a wonderful location, my grandchildren loved being across the street from the pools. We were so surprised by the elegance of the home and furnishings, yet so homey! Having the use of two carts made things much easier. We brought several things with us only to find the kitchen was FULLY stocked with anything we needed, from blender to large pot to boil the crab in! I highly recommend staying here to complete your vacation. We plan to return to 17 Seamist next year!"

  • Happy on Harbor Island

"We chose Harbor Island to host our annual family reunion and we couldn't have been happier to have chosen "Sailfish" to do so. The bedrooms were large and beautifully appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary gadgets, which easily accommodated 14 people with plenty of dishes, glassware, and utensils. The favorite feature of the house was its upstairs game room. It occupied the kids ranging in age from 6 years to 22 years old with board games, pool, and fooseball. We rode bikes, swam in the community pool, and explored the island on the golf cart. The kids couldn't wait to wake up for our daily adventures! Laura gave wonderful recommendations regarding restaurants, shopping, and local activities. She was a great communicator who truly wanted our stay to be a good one. I would highly recommend "Sailfish" to anyone looking to stay in a home away from home."

  • Perfectly secluded

"This home was perfect for our honeymoon. We never saw anyone else on the beach which was exactly what we wanted. The home was spotless and kept well. I wanted to take most of the beautiful, unique furniture home with is! Everything was comfortable and quiet. I will admit if you are looking for vacation with constant outings and close dinners this is not the place. We went to te grocery once and stayed in most of the trip! The porch is wonderful to watch the water. Chairs were already there to take to the beach (which is your backyard!) The trees are gorgeous with Spanish moss surrounding the house. It was like staying in a photograph, that's how perfect it seems. It was fantastic and perfect for our honeymoon. Five stars!"
