"The home is lovely and very nicely decorated. Enjoying coffee at 7-730am on the deck was one of my personal highlights. It's quiet, peaceful, colorful birds are flying everywhere chirping, and watching the dolphins play. There were 6 in total that would come swim right out front off the house every morning. Deer are plentiful and certainly not afraid of humans. This is the 2nd year in a row that my family has stayed at Bella Vista. Also loved cooking/doing dishes with such a gorgeous ocean view!"

"This was the first time we had vacationed at Fripp Island. We could not have found a more perfect location. Upon arrival the property manager, Jay checked on us to make sure we had arrived safely and settled in for the week. He was very accommodating and available if we had any questions. The views from the front of the home were amazing. We loved spending our evenings relaxing on the screened porch while listening to the ocean. Our daughters loved riding around in the golf cart and viewing all the wildlife on the island. We are a laid back family, but for the more adventurous there is plenty to do. We did venture out on a morning kayak trip that explored the island marshes. We loved the layout of the home... plenty of space for everyone to have "down time" and it had everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We will definitely plan to return."
