"We loved our stay here. Our host was so gracious, helpful and excellent communication. We loved the easy access to the beach and cleanliness of the condo. It was absolutely perfect for me, my husband and our beloved dog Hank. I would absolutely come back and recommend to our friends. We were welcomed and well treated. Thank you so much!"Guest: Lori G. "We stayed for a week in this villa and loved every minute of it. It was spotless, helpful little notes were left and even a present of local jams and fruit. We have 3 and 5 year old children and their bedroom and bathroom had more than enough room and they could easily do the walk to the pool and beach. The master has been recently renovated and was very comfortable. I just can't say enough good things about this unit and would stay here again in a heartbeat! The kitchen had everything we could have needed and more. We stopped at the Wal-Mart in Beaufort to stock up before we hit the island. Publix is even better. We ate breakfast/lunch at the villa nd went out for dinner. The unit is centrally located but the most fun thing we splurged on was a golf cart for the week, which how most people get around on the island. We'd take leisurely rides at sunset to go deer and alligator watching and check out the different restaurants and pools during the day. The beach is HUGE during low tide and ample enough during high tide. The hard-packed sand is great for building sandcastles, going for a run or playing a game of soccer. We loved stalking the Loggerhead Turtle nests in hopes of seeing them hatch as well. All of this is right outside this villa. You won't be disappointed and the owners are amazing people :)"Guest: Victoria M. Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 15, 2014View listing
"We have been coming to Fripp for many years and this house is our favorite place to stay! Thank you Sandy for being so easy to work with and for sharing your lovely home. We just spent the end of March/first week of April in Fripp. When the wind picked up at the beach, we spent our afternoons on the "concrete beach" (driveway) out front watching the golfers and deer go by. We cooked great meals in the well equipped kitchen and spent our evenings with cocktails on the porch watching the sunset over the marsh, which is exactly where we started our day with a cup of coffee. So glad we planned ahead and are looking forward to returning here the first week of July! Thanks again for everything!!!"Guest: Tina Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: April 15, 2014View listing
"My husband and I had a wonderful time at Fripp this past Thursday-Sunday. I would not hesitate at all to rent this property again! It is the perfect size for a couple or small family and has an excellent location on the island, with easy access to beach, pool and food. We had beautiful weather during our stay and enjoyed the beach and pool one day, and then had a full day of fishing the following day. We ate at Bonito's Boathouse the first night and thought it was okay, and then went to the Beach Club the following night for prime rib night. It was VERY tasty! I wanted to include a few tips for other people who may travel to Fripp that I would have appreciated before going- but again, we would LOVE to go back and fully enjoyed this property. *get gas in your car 20-30 min outside of Fripp, we were on empty and had to drive this amount of time to get gas one night (no FUN!) *this property is located directly passed the John Fripp villas, immediately after the entrance to the beach club, look for a sign with "sunsuite villas," it is written pretty small underneath the sign for the 2nd entrance to John Fripp Villas *Bring beach chairs and towels, we did, but if we hadn't, there was only one beach chair that we saw in the condo *drive to Marsh Tacky one day for lunch- fabulous panini's and grilled donuts, on your way to Fripp on the Left (10 minutes off island) *you will need amenity cards for access to all pools and restaurants on the island, $35 per person, but very worth it for the access I would highly recommend this property and Fripp Island for a relaxing vacation!"Guest: Jennifer F.
