"We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Psalms. The home was the perfect size for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the view from both porches, our own little library, bike and golf cart rides. We enjoyed our rides into Beaufort and all the great restaurants. Keith was so accommodating and efficient with getting what we needed before arriving. Once there everything was as he said so there was no need to contact Keith. We had a great time and hope to return next year."

"We came for our daughters Marine graduation and after 25 hours on the road we were just glad to be here. Walked in and it was very neat and clean and cozy. Lots of space for two people. We were steps away from one of the pools and a short walk to the other pool and the beach. Our absolute only complaint was the noise level of others around us but we are from the country and just not use to that kind of living and to the credit of the owner and the personnel at the complex they did try and resolve it. Very nice unit, thanks B. we appreciated everything."

"We enjoyed every moment at the big yellow house. We had 4 generations of family stay under one roof and had a blast. The house had plenty of room to connect as a family,or to escape to a peaceful porch area to read and relax. The large dining room table was great for eating together or playing multiple games at once. The view of the beach and water where great- we enjoyed sunrise and sunsets from the deck or from the beach, just a few steps away. The kitchen was great, with plenty of room and the new appliances were very nice.
A big fridge, and five burner stove were great!
The house is located very close to the beach. You have to stay up on the hi tide/low tide chart, because high tide covers the entire beach! When high tide hit,we went to the pool. The pool was a very comfortable and well laid out. I would recommend driving to the pool
We rented bikes, kayaked, went for long walks on the beach, found neat things like, horsehoe crabs, puffer fish ,hermit crabs, and we're able to witness the release of 17 leatherback turtle hatchlings on the beach-don't miss this!
Beaufort is close and a neat little town to visit with a beautiful waterfront park and great places to eat
Visit Barefoot Bubbas for t-shirts and free ice cream ( no catch!)
We also found the staff and people in the area to be very friendly and relaxed
We would highly recommend Harbor Island and the big yellow house!"

"Enjoyed our time in this well equipped beach house. Almost too many kitchen supplies to make room for ours but enjoyed the time cooking with family. The oven cooked everything perfectly. The beachfront was practically all ours. Warning: the boardwalk to the beach is not for the faint of heart. It's quite the walk, so you wouldn't want to make multiple trips back to the house. We did enjoy seeing the wildflowers along the boardwalk but could be a challenge for those with little ones that need potty breaks. The olympic size pool and playground were also a big plus. Seeing the birds at Pelican Point was a neat experience. This is not a beach with waves due to it's location but still enjoyed the tranquility. The house is as described and included plenty of beach toys, chairs and even equipment for crabbing which we never had time for. Be sure to find out if there will be any turtle releases while you are there! Our friends who were staying a few doors down had the inside scoop from the "Turtle Lady" and it was awesome seeing them make it to the ocean. Be sure to check out Hunting Island State Park right next door, and the Marsh Walk at sunset! Johnson's Creek Tavern is a MUST for seafood. Best shrimp and scallops hands down! Be sure to check out the quaint town of Beaufort and Port Royal -- great lunch at Mikki's School House Diner. We had a serendipitous moment with a historian there that told interesting stories about the town. On our one "rain day" we island hopped to Hilton Head (about 1.5 hours but goes quickly w/the scenery). Enjoyed lunch at One Hot Mama's and went to the Tanger Outlets for shopping. We love this area and will be back. PS Bring bug spray, the low country has lots of "no see ums" but worth every minute!"
