  • Perfection!

"I have stayed in Greg's condo on at least 5 different Fripp trips and it's perfect in every way. The condo is beautiful, the golf cart is the coolest on the island, the view is amazing, and the ocean is just across the street! A great extra is there aren't many stairs to deal with when arriving with groceries and luggage. Plus, Greg is great to work with and is a blast to deal with. He's worked me in on spur of the moment trips, forgiven me when I had to buy him a new table, and welcomed me back. I have already called him to make sure I have time in this great condo soon! This place is the best! Can't wait to get back!"

  • Terrific location

"Everything you need is there! Walkable to town. Cute, cute! Super clean. Owners are terrific. Love that our dogs were so welcomed and that the patio was fully fenced. We hit a number of restaurants and I think Saltus was the fav! All recommendations were very good. Hunting island is awesome as are the kayak tours!"

  • Wonderful family time!

"My family and I were very pleased with the condo. First time to Harbor Island and I will say it will not be our last! We have small kids and the beaches were perfect for the kids to play in the water and not have to worry about rough seas. The condo building and grounds were not crowded at all. The condo was very nice, it suited our needs perfectly. Thanks for sharing your home with us! We hope to be back next year for a longer stay."

  • This One is a Diamond...

"This is the second time our family of four has rented this cottage. It is a fantastic property in a beautiful setting, and located centrally between Savannah, Charleston and Hilton Head for those who can pry themselves away from this cottage to see the sights and some history. The cottage is small. But the master bedroom is a good size and the 4 bunks in the bunkroom have lots of room. The beds are comfortable and have quality bedding. The master bath is beautifully designed and outfitted, with separate tub and shower and double sinks, and the second bathroom is nicely outfitted as well, including a washer and dryer. The kitchen/living area is well laid out and is outfitted with top quality everything, from appliances to the TV with cable, Netflix, YouTube, etc. There is no shortage of entertainment. BUT......You are not going to be in the cottage much of the time, I would predict. The best feature of the property is its beautiful location. You pass the trees draped in Spanish Moss on the way down the long pier to the covered pavillion over the dock. Sit out and watch the river as the tides change. Listen for and then spot the dolphins that are almost always in sight, and often swim within a few feet of the dock. Yes, I know that you read that kind of stuff in lots of ads about rentals. I have no reason to exaggerate. We saw dolphins many times a day every day for a couple of weeks. You can fish from the dock and catch rays, small sharks, redfish and sea trout. With a cast net, in a few throws you can feed the family with the fresh shrimp you can easily catch from the dock. Blue crab as well, for those patient enough to pick out the meat. If you have a boat, a ramp is located fairly close and the boating in the area is fantastic with lots of places to explore in rivers and estuaries that are usually flat calm. The dock is in good condition to securely tie up to. Water plenty deep at low tide. The owner is a very friendly guy who will make sure that you will enjoy your stay. And if you go in the blazing 95-100 degree heat of August, as we did, you will really appreciate how cold the air conditioning is in the cottage. This one is a diamond."
