"My family has been staying in this condo for a week each summer for over 10 years. It has the best location- just steps to the wide beach. Beautiful views and great covered patio. The kitchen has everything you could need and is always neat, organized and clean. We love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Bedrooms are big and beds are comfy. Can't say enough about how much we love Fripp and love this condo!"

"This is an awesome place to stay! The condo was clean and inviting and the bed was sooo comfortable! We had plenty of room for two adults and two children.
One of the three pools was just a short walk around the building. We have never been to an inlet/sound before and that was an experience, especially when the tide was out and we could walk out to the sandbar! If you want the full effects of an ocean, Hunting Island was just a short distance from Harbour Island and there is a lifeguard on duty.
The owners are Awesome too! Everything was just as Darlene said it would be!
We will definitely be going back!
Thank you Darlene and your mom too, for such a great vacation!!!"

"My husband and I had the most relaxing vacation ever. The unit was very neat and clean. There are 3 pools on the property and the beach is just a short walk away :) There are so many neat activities within a few miles from the villa. We went to Hunting Island State Park and saw the lighthouse and the boneyard. Dolphins were everywhere! If you time your trip just right, you can even go see graduation at Parris Island. Its definitely worth it. The seafood was great. We went to Johnson Creek Tavern twice. If BBQ is your thing, Duke's in Beaufort is wonderful. There were several families staying in the villas. Most had been coming back for several years. We would absolutely recommend this property and will make it an annual trip although I will make a change in the arrival date to go earlier or later in the season as we are older and travel by ourselves. The property manager was so helpful - from the time of booking until we weren't ready to home yet and I called to ask to extend our stay 1 more night. Also, if we had any questions about the area (where to eat, things to do), the folks at the guard shack were extremely nice and helpful. Note: Even though this is a 1st floor unit, there are steps you must climb to get in and out."

"My husband and 3 yo daughter stayed in this wonderful house for a week. This was our first visit to Harbor Island. This is the place to come if you want a laid back, relaxed and non crowded beach. We loved having the golf cart and the provided beach chairs and toys! The house was plenty roomy for the 3 of us. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the screened in back porch. The late evenings we spent on the upstairs deck. There are two sets of stairs in the house without gates if you have curious little ones. Thankfully my daughter never tried to go down by herself. We were a tad nervous with her sleeping upstairs but it never was an issue but for some it may be. A gate would be a nice addition for those that may need it. This beach is perfect for little ones as there are no big waves. We also visited the pool. There is a small kiddie pool as well. We especially loved having the pass to hunting island park. We went there most days and walked the trails. Def do the marsh Boardwalk trail and the nature trail from the nature center. My daughter loved the nature center where they had snakes, turtles, crabs and fish. We went to beaufort one morning and enjoyed the shops and lunch at panini's. Also had dinner one night at Dockside which was very good! We ate almost all our meals at the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would ever need! Make sure you stop at grocery store on your way in. Everything in the house is labeled from the shelves in the kitchen cabinets to the light switches. Lots of extra touches! My husband enjoyed the cd collection in the basement and the books in the reading loft. For older kids there are a bunch of board games in the game room. Also there is a fuse ball table but we couldn't find the ball. Owners are also quick to respond via email. We couldn't of asked for a better vacation! Thanks again!"
