"Our family, immediate and extended, enjoyed this home very much. We have stayed on Fripp many times and do prefer other areas of the island; however, we chose this home because it met all the needs our group had for this particular vacation.
The home is very comfortable and decorated with a beach flair but tasteful and not overdone. We enjoyed the open floorplan on the first level as we were able to cook and socialize. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The large dining room was excellent for our large group meals.
The bedrooms were all comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms were adequate. The patio and deck areas were nice- sunset view was partially obstructed by tree(s) but nice views of marsh and marina.
The owner was responsive and easy to work with."

"Sorry, but we cannot recommend your place to anyone! If we did then everyone would want to stay there! This was our second stay and we had the best time. One of the most relaxing trips we have had to the Low Country in such a long time. Travelers, there is no need to pack anything more than your clothes and food staples. Everything else you need is already there for your stay. You can use whatever is in the house and just replace what you deplete, this saves your first few days from having to visit Publix or Food Lion and give you more beach time! So close to fun things to do, yet so far away from it all. If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet retreat to recharge, this is most certainly the place to be."

"I have been visiting Fripp since I was a little girl, and this year marks 34 years worth of visits. Since being old enough to plan my own visits, for my little family and other friends, I have never booked a stay in a tennis villa before, and honestly always avoided them, because I didn't think they were spacious enough, or the idea of a "villa" meant we had to be quiet all the time. I was completely wrong. This villa was not only spacious for 2 families, but our loud small children didn't bother the neighbors (I asked) :). The porch was great to let the kids run around on without worrying about them getting hurt, or escaping. The deer come right up to the back of the villa each morning and evening, and the view across the marsh is breathtaking at times. The spiral staircase is a little tricky for those who have children too small to navigate, but on the move---we pushed the love seat in front of them, and it was a quick fix! The beach is directly across the street, as well as a pool, so it is a great location for all ages. I will definitely be staying in the tennis villas again, they are especially great for long weekends. The owner is easy and quick to work with, and we had no problems booking our stay, or during the stay itself. I highly recommend this villa!"

"This year at Fripp Island, we had a great time as usual! We enjoyed many experiences including, finding pretty sea shells, seeing a baby sea turtle at a sea turtle unnesting, holding snakes and a bearded dragon in the nature center above Camp Fripp, and climbing the lighthouse on the neighboring island of Hunting Island. The house offered a good distant view of the ocean and a quiet nighttime retreat. We had several sightings of an alligator across the golf course in a golf pond, had several visits from the deer, and enjoyed watching a Cardinal bathe in the garden fountain. With this being our second time staying in this house we would recommend it to others. Thank you for a Fripping good time!"
