"Beautifully decorated, clean and bright. The skylight in the kitchen made it bright and airy. My twin grandsons loved having their own TV. There's a swimming pool right off the balcony. Loved having the washer/dryer. Very nice towels provided, and plenty of them ( not your average postage stamp size towels) walking distance to restaurants, general store and novelty shops. Located in a quite area,, but minutes away from major sea food restaurants. Owner is a jewel to work with. If you're inclined to cook, the kitchen is very well stocked. (I never cook on vacation). Will definitely stay there again."

"My husband and I have been renting in Myrtle Beach for the past 9 years. This was by far the best one yet! The views from the balcony (s) were amazing...so nice to sit out on and breath in the fresh ocean air! The unit was very clean and accommodating! The unit is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. It even included the beach chairs and umbrella. This definitely lightened our load, coming from NJ.
The Gaither's could not have been more friendly and nice! I actually got to meet Buddy, and he was just as pleasant in person.
I can't wait to go back!"

"The first thing you notice when entering the condo, is a million dollar, 180 degree view of the ocean. The second is the updated, very clean, neat and well arranged tasteful furnishings. You will also quickly discover that one could live here year around - all the comforts of home and then some. During my delightful stay, I also noticed the little extras that made for thoughtful living; for example, the utility power strips attached to the headboard to connect iPhone chargers, laptop computer charger and in my case, a C-pap machine. I also found the remote control to the master bedroom heating and cooling unit to be most convenient. There were also remote controls for other electronic features. Internet services was easily obtainable. Since we are older seniors, we are particularly fussy about the quality of the mattresses we sleep on; most motels, inns and condos leave us with sleepless nights and aching backs in the morning, however, the owners of this condo spared no expense in buying high quality, king size mattresses and box springs - so no morning backaches and plenty of room to sprawl without bothering your mate. We quickly fell into the tempo of breakfasts and evening snacks on the patio to the sound of surf and gulls. Even though I have difficulty walking and climbing stairs, what few there were (3 to the front landing and four more to common walkway to access, combination, security, locking front door) I was able to gain assess to the unit during our frequent daytime adventures. (As a side bar note - don't miss seeing Brookgreen Gardens and don't forget your cameras - this is a must see place to put on your adventure list.) I would rate this condo "five stars" and would make this an annual, must stay at place."

"The condo was perfect for us! We have two small children, 4 and 1, and they loved the screened in balcony! They enjoyed eating their breakfast out there and listening to the waves. The location is very family friendly. The washer and dryer were so wonderful to have! This was a great place to stay! Will definitely be coming back. :)"
