"I don't normally take the time to post a review but I just had to share how much my family loved staying in this condo. We have been coming to Myrtle for the last 18 years and this was the nicest place we have stayed in thus far. It was beautiful, clean, well equipped with anything we would ever need and the beds were very comfortable. If you are looking for the best place to stay in Myrtle, this is it. We will definitely be back!"

"This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach and we had a fantastic stay! The property is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We rented the house for a girl’s weekend and the space held seven of us quite comfortably. We never felt crowded due to the open floor plan in the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The weather wasn’t as nice as we had hoped it would be, so it was really nice to have all of the open space to stay in for games, drinks, and the occasional dance party! We cooked quite a bit during our stay and we were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the house. Whenever we’ve travelled before we’ve found that we have to clean up when we check in. This was not the case with Arbor House! The house was so clean and so well kept that we had no hesitation about dropping our bags and hitting the beach!
We were very impressed with the location of the community as well. Considering that we’ve never been to the area, we were concerned about the location being too far from the main strip. Imagine our surprise when everything was within a 10-15 minute drive! The community is perfectly positioned between N. Myrtle and S. Myrtle making Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach just a short drive in either direction. We were close to many shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, which was great. Also, the house is a short walk to the beach. Five minutes from front door to sand in your toes! We also took the short walk to Apache Pier, which was beautiful and home to a great little breakfast spot. For those looking to enjoy a few frozen drinks by the beach – Ocean Annie’s and Flip Flops are also walking distance from the house and both have a great beachy atmosphere!
It’s also worth mentioning that dealing with Josh was incredible. He was so responsive and worked with us at every stage of the planning process. We even added an extra day to our stay at the last minute! The owners make the entire renting process seamless and it is apparent that they really want to the tenants to enjoy their vacation.
Simply put, we had a great time in this beautiful house nestled in a quiet, well kept community. We were sad that the vacation had to end. We’re already planning our next trip and we would definitely rent this property again!"

"After viewing the pictures, my family and I decided to rent this condo. Upon arrival we soon discovered it was way better than the pictures! We were really impressed! I would recommend this condo, and we are more than likely going to stay again next year. The owner was really nice, and accommodating. There were only two downsides to this place. First one was the door to the bathroom in the master bathroom would not close all the way. (it wasn't that big of a deal considering you can lock the door to the room.) Secondly, (which is not the owners fault) the pools close at 10pm. I know most pools do, but after a long day of walking, shopping, and other fun things Myrtle Beach has to offer, it would have been nice to relax in the pool. The beach is really close, its about a 5 minute walk or so.(we didn't want to pay to park) Overall this place was really nice, and a very good fit for my family. I would recommend it."
