Beautiful Condo with Great Amenities and Outstanding Views
"This is a beautiful, clean condo with a more than well-stocked, beautifully renovated kitchen, and extras such as beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, games, videos, books and more. Rocking chairs on the spacious balcony. An awesome sectional sofa that offers plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. And a most gorgeous view. In the years we have been coming to Myrtle Beach, this is THE BEST condo we have stayed in! Thank you Vince and Sharon for sharing your condo with us and providing us with a most relaxing and refreshing vacation!"

WOW!!! Best place we have stayed at with our children!
"We just got back from a week long stay here. For starters the owner, Joe, is super amazing. This was the easiest and most accurate reservation booking we have ever done. I can't wait to stay here again. This is a perfect location to everything with-in walking distance. We did rent a golf cart, which is right next door, for the week because we had two young ones and another family down the road. We all wanted to visit Myrtle together. When we arrived at midnight, after a 10 hr drive, we were easily able to get into our property and spoke to the friendly on sight guard. This place was VERY clean and had everything you could possibly want/need. It was away, but close to all the hustle. We didn't have any problems at all! The pool, hot tub, tennis/basketball court, grill, balcony, beach wagon and chairs, washer/dryer, and the roomy space was perfect and we can't wait to come back. Hopefully for 2 weeks next time to fit everything in.

"First, the view is absolutely amazing! My favorite part of the vacation was sitting out on the corner balcony with my morning coffee watching the sunrise or in the evening with a cocktail.
The room is clean and has everything you need. My 12 year old daughter who loves the show "Hotel Impossible" had trouble finding anything to complain about.
You have a great view of the Wednesday night fireworks on Pier 2 from the balcony.
The location was within walking distance of almost everything. In fact, the best seafood on our entire trip was from the restaurant next door called Bummz. The boardwalk is a short walk away. We all loved Broadway on the Beach, which is only a mile away. We walked to Michael's Pizza and fed our entire family for $30 in a sit down restaurant including tip. We also walked to The Captain's House restaurant for dinner for a romantic date night.
We drove to Wal-Mart which was only 2 miles away to get our groceries for breakfasts and lunches for the week. FYI - Wal-Mart is crazy busy on Saturdays, so if you can wait a day, you can escape the crowd there.
We had several "No Car Days" during our stay.
We loved the "resort" feel of the condo and the ability to swim in ALL of the pools and lazy river in the entire Breakers complex. We also loved that there was a separate bedroom, living room and balcony so the kids could escape each other for a bit.
we also had no problem drinking the tap water in the condo. It tastes just fine. On previous trips to Florida, the tap water tasted awful and we had to buy bottled water.
Next time I will investigate the "Kids Club" in the resort and sign my kids up for some of the activities.
Brian was very nice and answered all of our questions and was very nice to work with.
There is plenty of parking. If you are lucky, you can snag a spot in right in front but there is also a multi level parking garage across the street by the Starbucks. We never had trouble finding a spot but it was hard to snag the spots right in front of Sailfish.
On our next trip to Myrtle Beach, we are definitely staying here again!"

"First year staying here. Very nice condo and amenities. 9th floor was a little high for our tastes but we got used to the height and even enjoyed it. Great location and central to everything we wanted to do. Would not hesitate to stay here again."
