"We found it exactly as it was described. Pleasantly decorated and 4 flatscreen televisions and a very nice washer and dryer.found the owner and the manager very easy to deal with and available all the time for any needs. I would highly recommend renting from them without hesitation. Looking forward to doing business with them again soon."

"The owner was easy to work with. He answered every call I made. The price was great. The condo is very nice. The property and area is nice as well. The view was beautiful. Balcony is very nice. Plenty of space for our family. It fit our needs perfectly. Linens being included was very helpful. The beds were nice. At home I wake up with back pain while having an expensive bed. While here, I had zero morning back pain. And the pillows...Where can I buy some? Wonderful! Everything was clean upon our arrival except the front of the safe (I think it was chocolate) The safe did not work (probably needed batteries) and the iron did not work (only needed for one shirt and was told by a staff member that I could trade it for a new one at the front desk). I should have (so he had time to resolve the issues before the next guest arrived), but did not notify the owner. It was a non-issue for us so I didn't bother. I am confident that had I notified him, he would have had the issues resolved immediately. (He told me to call if I needed anything and that he would take care of anything we needed quickly since he lives close by) The only complaint I truly have is that the building had issues with its elevators not working all week. There are 4 elevators (I think 6 are needed), most of the week 3 were functional, but at times only 2 worked. I have been coming to Myrtle Beach 1 week per year for 14 years. Overall, this is the best value I have found for accommodations. I will attempt to stay at this location again next year."
