  • Perfect!

"We loved staying here. It was a perfect place for a couple visiting Myrtle Beach. The unit is beautifully decorated, comfortable and immaculate. The kitchen and bath are gorgeous, with marble countertops and fresh, new appliances and shower. The king bed is very comfortable and the room is cool and bright, with great extras like a chair and flat screen tv. You will not want to leave this cute mini-villa or the nice resort of Kingston Plantation. We hope to return soon!"

  • Perfect!!

"My husband and I came down to Kingston Plantation for a conference. When we got there, the condo was beautiful!! We did enjoy that it was first level and could walk right in without steps, elevator waits, etc!! The walk to the beach was perfect! We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and had everything we needed. We did buy a pizza cutter and left it in the kitchen for you and your future guests! We also replaced the kitchen trash bags that were running low! The electric can opener does not work and found the manual opener the day we left and placed it in the utensils drawer. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable as well. The closets are spacious with plenty of room. We did buy some hangers and also left these for future guests. The bathrooms were great and I absolutely love the shower in the main bathroom!! Unfortunately, I did not have time to use the jetted tub :( We also utilized the screened in porch a lot. It was hot, but there was a great breeze, especially with the fan!! As great as it was, there were some wasps within the porch b/c of the screen being torn away from the door. We did feed the turtles, which was pretty cool too!! The living room was very comfortable. Loved the new floors, they were great! If you wear rainbow flip flops, just be careful on the tile floor...it is a little slippery with the sand ;) Overall, it was an amazing place to stay and I will definitely stay here again!! Thank you to the Arnolds for sharing your beautiful property and being readily available when I had questions!!!"

  • Best Place to Stay in Myrtle Beach

"We have stayed multiple times at either North Beach Plantation or The Margate at Kingston Plantation. I can tell you from years of experience, this was the nicest place we have stayed to date. They have taken a 3 bedroom unit and converted into 2 master suits. Each bath and bedroom are HUGE! The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The oceanfront view and large balcony are a delight. This condo has EVERYTHING you would need for a great week at the beach. Especially important to us is a clean place to stay. I promise you will not find one in better shape or cleaner than Bud and Linda's home at the beach. We choose Margate over North Beach for multiple reasons. The location (close to Tanger outlets, and grocery stores), the ease of parking and access to the towers, the beautiful landscaped grounds, the private front gate access, the walking trails located throughout Kingston Plantation, and believe it or not, the beautiful lobby and entrance way to your unit. There is a sense of security with a representative always manning the service desk in the lobby. There are lifeguard stations located throughout the Kingston Plantation beach area a nice plus if you want to take advantage of beach chairs and umbrellas. There is also the Apache Pier located next to Kingston. The pier is a great avenue for entertainment and food. It seems something is always going on. The beach is wide and gracefully deepens further out than most NC beaches- this makes it perfect for families with small children. We love Kingston, and we love this particular unit. Bud and Linda were so easy to work with, everything was taken care of with ease. We didn't have a single problem the entire week. I joke that the best thing my wife makes for dinner is reservations... and we did eat out a lot because there are so many nice restaurants close by. But when we did cook, we had everything. The kitchen is fully stocked. We can't say enough nice things about this unit. We will stay again, hopefully next year for two weeks."

  • Wonderful vacation!

"This was a relaxing and beautiful place to stay! My granddaughter, Ariana, loved Fred the Turtle and all of his crew. She had to leave midweek and left strict instructions on what Fred wanted for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The walk to the beach was a beautiful nature walk with swans, fish and beautiful flowers! Just a wonderful place to stay. We appreciate Leslie so much! Jackie Horner, Hazel, Ashley, Asim, and Ariana"
