  • Wonderful Vacation!

"I loved everything about this condo and rental experience! Pam and Gail are wonderful to work with. Our party included myself and my husband, my two small children, and my mother/father-in-law. EVERYONE had a great time! Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful condo!"

  • Nice Stay

"The pictures on the website are an accurate depiction of the condo. Furniture was comfortable and spacious. We did not use the sleeper sofa. Nice TV in the living room however the bedroom TVs are small. The hallways were drab though clean. Check in was not bad. Lance, Michael, and the receptionist were very nice and easy to work with. View from the decks is Southern and very nice. The condo is about 3 back but there is a nice view of the beach, pool, and pier. The elevator at the ocean side of the building leading to the most convenient beach access can get busy at times. We left our chairs and beach gear in our car day to day rather than carry it up to the condo. Grounds reminded us of a Disney property, very nice/well maintained. The AC in the unit worked great. Kitchen: Nicely stocked but no blender, no cutting board (we bought one and left it). Dishes were put away dirty which was really disgusting. Microwave was gross. Fridge dirty. We spent nearly an hour and a canister of bleach wipes cleaning the kitchen upon our arrival. We had to scrape, hand wash, and then run dishes through the dishwasher. Condo was very roomy, Carpet was stained and there was the obligatory debris left unswept under the furniture however the carpet traffic areas appeared to have been swept. The decks and furniture were nice/clean for the most part. There is a separated deck off each bedroom and a large one off the living room. Nice for morning coffee and afternoon sunsets. The 3 showers are low flow and have the detachable shower wands. We did not care for them as it was hard to adjust them for height and angle. The bathrooms overall appeared relatively clean. The supplied towels were not bad. Washer/Drier worked fine however we barely used them. MB is big with a king size bed which was a little on the hard side but we found it to be comfortable. Supplied linens looked clean for the most part. Kids used the health club ($10 each/day) and thought it was very well equipped. We did not use any of the other property restaurants or facilities. The pools though small were clean. There is no pool bar or food available at this building. Access to other pools on the property is limited. Parking was plentiful and right next to the building. There was a garbage smell at times outside, gross. Overall though, we enjoyed the Kingston property and this condo. After the initial time wasted cleaning we had a very relaxing time here. We would stay here again."

  • Snowbirds

"Thank you for the use of your awesome condo for the winter. The weather was cold and windy but, on the days when the roads were closed we enjoyed your views watching the storms and amazing sunsets. The condo is very comfortable and all the staff at Kingston Plantation are friendly and very helpful. The managment company were nice to work with, answered all questions, had an arrival packet ready even for our late Sunday night arrival when they were closed. Highly recommend Brookgreen Gardens. It has many activities, things to see and the entrance fee is good for 7 days. All in all, it was a wonderful trip, and we would most definitely consider renting this condo the next time we go to Myrtle Beach."

  • Great Place

"My family stayed here in July and we loved it. We had a few minor problems but Edith was quick with a fix. I have never rented from someone so concerned about the customer. The unit was decorated very nice and it had all that we needed. The common areas of the building were clean and updated. We would stay here again. Oh, and most important......it was very clean!!!"
