"Wonderful unit!! Lots of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. Great having lots of pools and beach very close. Appreciated beach toys in unit to use. Need more plates in kitchen, only had 6.
Also no paper products were provided - no trash bags, toilet paper - not even to get us started.
It was inconvenient having to pu and drop off keys 20 min. away - keys were very hard to use, had to have a maintenance man help us get in and even he had trouble. No help at Hilton next door (as Royal Palms has no one at desk past 4:00), was told by Hilton front desk that if maintenance man couldn't help we'd have to call and pay for a lock smith.
Still gave 5 stars as other than the inconveniences at the beginning it really is a gorgeous spot!! Ghost town just before Labor Day, had place to ourselves last day there"

"Paul is wonderful to work with. The condo has plenty of room so you can relax in your own space if you wish or together in the dining area, living room and beautiful ocean front balcony. We have rented from Paul before and are never disappointed. If you want a great get away vacation then rent from Paul."

"A great place to stay! The condo was clean and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. The view was great and the pool offers a nice change from the beach. The only reason I am rating it a 4 instead of 5 is that one of the AC units did not cool well, and as a result 2 of the three bedrooms were warmer than we would have preferred. It was not horrible, but could have been better. When we first arrived, the unit wasn't working at all. When I contacted the owner he responded immediately and helped me troubleshoot to realize we just need to replace batteries in the thermostat. He was very responsive, helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience. When we then realized a day or so later that it wasn't cooling well, we just didn't feel like calling the maintenance man as he had offered for us to do if we needed more help. As I said, it wasn't terribly hot, so we managed... we just didn't want to take time away from our great vacation to get it addressed. Overall the condo was great and the owner was wonderful!"
