  • Pictures do not do justice!

"We made last minute travel plans and the owner worked with us to make things happen! They were accessible and responded promptly to any questions we had. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at how beautiful and clean the property was both inside and out! The pictures definitely don't do justice! Some pictures show a green couch. It is no longer there and the brown "catnapper" reclining couch that is there is very comfortable. The home is very bright and airy. The kitchen is well equipped and interior of cabinets and drawers are clean and orderly (have stayed other places where this was not the case). Gorgeous granite counter tops as well. Love the landscaping and enjoyed the beauty every time we left and returned. This condo is in an excellent location for attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc. We stayed during one of the busiest weeks of the year and though public beach access parking is very close, it was very difficult to secure. We rode the shuttle most days but note that it only ran every 45 to 60 minutes and the first one didn't depart until 9:45 am. Last shuttle back from the beach was 4:30 pm. Wouldn't want to miss that one! The pool (very nice as well) and shuttle stop is directly across the parking lot from this condo which is handy. Gave 4 stars because we are "beachy" people and would have spent more time on the beach if the shuttle schedule was different. If you are a golfer or do not have a problem with the shuttle schedule do not think twice about renting this lovely condo!"

  • Anticipation Realization

"We have just finished our first ever family vacation with all our kids & grandkids. Anticipating and planning for this trip for almost a year gave us some pause and stress, but due to this great house and its location everything went better than we could have hoped for. Brian was great to work with in advance of our vacation arrival, and Susan met us upon our arrival and gave us a tour of the house and its features, plus checked in on us during the week to make sure everything was OK. The elevator was great for loading/unloading all the supplies and luggage for the week and packing to go home. The pool and backyard were fabulous and provided untold hours of fun and relaxation - not to mention cooking several meals on the gas grill. The kitchen was well equipped for large family meals, and the large dining room table where all 11 of us could gather and eat was appreciated. The laundry facilities also got a good workout during the week. The extremely close proximity to the beach access was a bonus, with trips back to the house being very quick. Shopping, restaurants, church, etc. were all close by. Particularly enjoyed the Hot Diggity Diner a few blocks away on Ocean Blvd with probably the world's best fried pickles (made 3 trips for them during the week)! It was also great to park all 3 of our cars inside the garage out of the hot sun and sea air all day. Hopefully we will return for an encore trip in the future."

  • Outstanding, beautifully decorated property!!

"My family stayed in this property this summer. The condo was absolutely spotless with every detail given to the needs of renters. We have been renting North Myrtle Beach condos for 20+ years, and this condo was the cleanest and most well-stocked of any in which we have ever stayed. There was absolutely nothing more we could have asked for! The kitchen pantry was stocked with staples (spices, paper products, etc.), while the cabinet under the sink was well stocked with dishwasher detergent, trash bags, even liquid soap to restock the dispensers in the bathrooms. My husband and I are accustomed to a memory-foam mattress, so we were thrilled to find such a mattress in the master bedroom! The furniture in all of the rooms was above the usual grade of furniture found in rental properties. The owners' closet contained items that were wonderful for the beach (umbrellas, chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc.). It was great not having to tote those items from home!! Mike and Robin were excellent to work with and were responsive to every email and phone call. From the time we made our first inquiry until the day we occupied the property, the owners were extremely helpful! Our family would highly recommend this property, and it is our hope that we will have the opportunity to stay in this lovely property again in the future."
