  • Awesome vacation!

"Jeremy and Suzanne were great to work with! The condo is absolutely gorgeous inside and very spacious! My husband and I were so thankful for the water pressure in the shower! (It's the little things!) Everything was wonderful and very comfortable. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning and actually got to see a school of dolphins go by. The beach was not very crowded at all in front of the complex either. This was our first time staying in North Myrtle Beach. This condo is very close to all the places we like to eat including El Cerro, Hungry Howie's, Empire Fire and Benito's. I have saved this to my favorites and will definitely stay again if this condo is open for our next vacation! I will comment on one thing for future renters. Upon check-in, the rental agency warned us that the humidity often would set the fire alarm off in the condos at the beach. I had never had this happen. The suggested not to leave the balcony door open when outside to prevent this. Well, I was a little scared of getting locked out (don't know why) so I left it slightly open when we ate dinner on the balcony that night. I guess the humidity was just right and the slight opening was just big enough to let enough humidity inside the room. However, the fire alarm didn't alert, the doorbell kept ringing! At first we thought it might have been a prank, but my husband watched the doorbell and it was ringing on it's own. I called the after hours phone number, but it was so late that they didn't call back quickly. Fortunately, my husband found a screwdriver and unhooked the doorbell. When the rental company did call, I told them what we did and that we would hook it back up when we left. It didn't ring by itself anymore. I guess it had to "dry out." This was our only mishap, but these things happen when you don't follow the rules! It won't stop me from coming back......I already miss the breeze, sand and saltwater!"

  • Lovely Condo

"This condo is beautifully decorated; you can tell the owner spent a lot of time and effort to make it inviting for their guests. The ocean front view was wonderful and we were able to see dolphins one morning. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy, and there are board games to play during those rainy days/nights. Fortunately, we only had one during our stay. The HD TV complete with 3-D glasses and movies makes for a good TV experience. After spending the day at the beach, we enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub. ODVR was very accommodating to our schedule. I would work recommend both the condo and ODVR to my friends and family, and look forward to staying here in the future."

  • We would stay here again.

"We visited as our first family vacation with our two children in early June of 2014. We all really enjoyed our stay. I loved having a full kitchen and patio with a view of the ocean. When you're in a hurry to get to the beach, it really was nice that the reviews about the elevators being fast were true. My nit-picky things to say are not deal breakers and we would stay here again. When I booked online, I thought I'd mind that the couch didn't look so comfy, but we were on the go and didn't sit long anyways so it ended up being a non-issue. I don't think that the cleaning staff really washes the floors in the unit well. I would have thought since they charge a resort-type tax that we would have had access to toiletries, besides the two rolls of toilet paper that they give you at check-in. Bring T.P, and stay at this's worth it!!"

  • Perfect stay for a family

"We loved to stay in this condo. The view from the balcony is amazing, the condo clean and you can find enough interior for a stay with a family of 4. I liked that we'd everywhere tiles and it's much more cleaner and better for us with two small kids. The resort is clean, the staff friendly and helpful and you have a lot of nice pools (inside and outside) and the direct entries to beach to keep the kids busy and happy. Hopefully we'll manage come back!"
