"This is our second stay here and we just love it. Not only for the amazing views, but for how clean and well kept the condo really is. The location is amazing, the owner is very pleasant to work with, the pool is wonderful and well kept, the balcony is a great place to sit back relax and take a little nap with the feel of the breeze coming through. We look forward to staying here next year and many more after that. You will truly love this place!"

"This condo is gorgeous and even better than it looks. It was clean, comfortable, close to the beach, and so quiet! The pool was clean and close to the unit, and the beach was within a 5 minute drive, with plenty of free parking. There is a tram that will take you to and from the beach a couple of times a day, but we chose to drive. We enjoyed the convenience of Barefoot Landing with the shops, restaurants, and the House of Blues. The nearby beach was perfect, and we loved that it was away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach. By the end of the week it felt like home and we didn't want to leave. Mike was so easy to work with and very helpful in suggesting restaurants and activities nearby. We also loved that this was on the top/third floor. We will definitely return if we get a chance!"

"Just got back from N. Myrtle staying at this condo/villa. Al I can say is that it was extremely nice and clean.
Donna was a pleasure to work with and answered all questions quickly! Last year we went to Hilton Head and had a dump of a condo that was rated 5 stars....I can tell you this is not the case! The unit was clean and neat, and efficient. The unit pool is extremely accessible and is a salt water pool, no need to go to the main pool down by the inlet which is also salt water, unless you have small children, if so it's definitely worth the visit. The only drawback is driving to the ocean and ocean access. We did find a beauty of ocean access about 3 miles up 17 North down to Atlantic Beach (right across from the Doll House)....it's just grass but always accessible not like the public access parking areas which are always filled. Also, even though it was in the high 80's there was always a refreshing breeze on the decks! My black lab LOVED walking the Norman golf course and watching the ducks, on a leash of course, eating bread from the large pond in front of the unit. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator but it was no problem. We ate out at Planet Hollywood at Broadway at the Beach, only because it was a 90 minute wait to get into Margueriteville, NOT worth going to Planet Hollywood! Also had dinner at the Fish Market and Grille at Barefoot Landing, definitely worth going to!!! Great Villa/condo at a reasonable price if direct ocean access is not that important to you!"
