"what a great home!!! with the best view ever. Probably my favorite, we've been coming to myrtle beach for 20 plus yrs. ocean lakes is our favorite resort over the yrs. We enjoyed just sitting on the deck, while the younger ones do their thing. You won't go wrong renting this home -just super clean, and the owners are awesome. hope we can stay in this home this winter. cause we are snowbirds for a month. Thanks Dawn and hubby for renting your home . It really was fabulous!!!!!♥"

"My family really enjoyed our stay at this home. We have been coming to Ocean Lakes for 7 years now and this was the first oceanfront house that we've stayed at. It was so nice to wake up and see the ocean. It was also fun at night on the deck and watching the golf carts parade up and down the road. Had a great time!!!! Would definitely stay in this house again. Sandy Beach Rentals were an awesome help in the rental process."

  • Good week at the beach house matches description

"We had a great week at the beach. The view from the house was awesome. Only steps to the beach and hot water to wash off the sand below the stairs was a big plus. It was a bit dirty when we got there and there was nothing left behind.. not even a single roll of toilet paper! Bed sizes sent in email from owner didn't match whats listed here so we had to buy new sheets once we got there (listed here is correct, email was wrong). Owner was friendly and easy to get a hold of. He even called us the first night and made sure everything was going good. The house was an okay size for 11 of us. Everyone had a good sleeping area and three bath rooms made showers quick. Some people had to eat in the living room since table only seats four and four more at the bar. The deck was a great start to each morning, sunrise and coffee! Beware the deck could use repairs and a coat of paint. We had a few people stepped on popped up nails and hurt their feet. Also beware people set off fireworks on the beach EVERY night, some as late as 2 am. first few nights made it hard to sleep but was nice to watch. We rented the golf cart under the house, it did not have a working head light so we could not drive it at night, but was nice to have to get to store, pool and drive around with. There was wifi internet but it was slooooow and dropped out often. Overall everyone had a great time. Most of the things wrong were very minnor. With a few updates to the house (mainly the deck) i would've gave 5 stars. We woukd rent from this owner again."
