"We loved Mace House. The property is well cared for with a dock for kayak and boating. the tides of the creek are amazing to watch as the different birds came and went. We even saw a bald eagle fishing in the marsh. The house is very well equipped and maintened. it is large and inviting with its 2 porches and the bedrooms are great size for teens to enjoy. Neighbors are welcoming and make you feel right at home."

"My family and I had such a wonderful experience renting out this condo. I've never rented someone else's house before, but they made it so easy and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The condo was beautiful! We loved all the cute decorations and the little touches they put into the condo. My favorite place was the back porch. A great place to drink your coffee in the morning and enjoy the quiet. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool, or go to Huntington Beach, but I did love that we had those options. This was a great place for my family of 7 to stay. We would definitely come back!"

"We returned yesterday from a week at the Anchor In. We had been coming to Litchfield for 25 years. Our family had grown and we needed to make a change. I began searching last August. Fortunately I found the Anchor In and it was available our week. It was just perfect for us. We loved being on the North end and the home is centrally located. We could walk down the path out back and be at the two level dock on the Inlet Creek/waterway in two minutes. Some of us fished, some rode kayaks(rented), there is a very nice canoe available at the house, and all at some point sat and watched the sunset. We then could walk out the front, walk right a little bit, take the path and be on the beach in two minutes. The beach...we all took the "short" walk to the left up the beach to the far north end several times each day, especially at low tide. The north end of Pawley's, looking over towards Litchfield and Huntington beach is unique and beautiful. As I said we went several times each day. We rode bikes early each morning and the Historic North End is a great place to look at homes and the creek. The Anchor In has a really large screened porch and large table where we sat each night, but the front covered deck and rockers is where many sat late at night. The kitchen is almost huge and the laundry room size and extra fridge was just a bonus. The 2 newer bedrooms and bath upstairs are really nice. The three bedrooms and two baths downstairs worked great for us, especially the back bedroom with the queen and single and its own large private bath. One thing that I had not seen mentioned in other reviews is the large size of the gravel parking area and the depth of parking under the house as well.
The best thing however, was being able to communicate with Katherine and Natalie the last 8 months and specifically the last month...what great people to deal with!!!They are super. Their home built in 1939 and renovated with additions in 2005 is steeped in tradition and our family loves that. I am not sure you can find a better family to deal with.
Lastly, I did want to comment on something that may be of interest to others. If you have an elderly or disabled person in your group...Google "Beach Wheelchair Rentals" Myrtle Beach, EARLY! we needed one, they are great. Eleven people asked us where to get it, several families borrowed it. It is a lifesaver and allows family members to be with you. They roll across sand easily...they delivered it. Thank you guys!!!"

"Endless Summer is a perfect rental home for your family or friend getaway! It is well-maintained, well-stocked, and has a great location with quick beach access. The two family rooms were perfect for the adults and "tweens" to have our own space while still being close. Each bedroom has it's own bath which was wonderful! We made use of the outdoor shower for the kids each day coming off the beach or creek...bathed and in pjs before they even got in the house! And the outside shower is so clean without spider webs :) An added bonus is the widow walk up top! We had dinner and cocktails up there a couple of nights and were treated to some amazing views and gorgeous sunsets! We've stayed in more than 12 homes on the island and this is one of the BEST for sure!! The beach chairs and wagon were such a nice treat to be able to use, as well as the crabbing supplies...food lion and publix sell turkey necks if you want to try your hand at crabbing. You should also make reservations for Frank's Outback. A lovely setting for a family or romantic dinner just off the island. We return to Pawleys each year for a week or two and hope to stay again at Endless Summer!"
