Great place and great value
"We have enjoyed our stay this week. Plenty of space for all of us and close to the beach and Brookgreen Gardens which we loved. There are four grocery stores close by which is nice. Love saving money cooking our own food in the kitchen. Best part was eating breakfast on the patio each morning."

So nice that we are taking time while still here to comment!
"Care has been taken in this home to make YOU feel at home.
Well appointed, right down to marked boxes that include a small tool set and one filled with everything from paper clips to rubber bands.
VERY clean, (am kind of a neat freak, so not said lightly) very spacious, and located close to everything while still maintaining a "small town" feel.
The owners are Extremely fair with the pricing, very responsive, providing much detailed information on the area, and clearly wanting to make the process as easy for the vacationer as possible.
The only negative we can come up with is we will have to leave!

"Three generations of our family met the end of May for another great vacation week at Anchor In. The weather was perfect all week with temperatures in the mid 80s and rain only one evening. Anchor In is a great house with lots of space for all of us to be together or apart. The kitchen is well stocked with anything needed for cooking and dining. We enjoyed almost every meal at the large table on the side screened in porch and spent most evenings enjoying the ocean breeze in the rockers on the front porch. The bedrooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Our grandchildren enjoy staying in the "library room" with all the wonderful books to choose from and a closet full of games, puzzles and activities. Our granddaughter couldn't wait to claim the "reading nook" with her favorite book. Our son and daughter-in-law drive from N.Y. to meet us for a week at the beach. They are so relieved to have a spot for their much loved German shepherd and enjoy rising early in the morning to take beach walks to watch the sun rise. Our daughter's family enjoyed a day at Brookgreen Gardens. The children came back very excited about all they saw on the nature tour. We drove to Georgetown for lunch one day and enjoyed touring the art galleries and shops there. While we were at Pawleys, we had relatives visit from the Charleston area. The younger cousins enjoyed a day at the beach together. The Anchor In was a great place to have our family gathering. We love our visits to Pawleys and look forward to another week at Anchor In in 2016! The relatives are now looking for a place near Anchor In to rent for our week in May, 2016. One afternoon at Pawleys just isn't enough!"

"Spent a week at this property with the family. The house is deceptively small looking on the outside, don't let this fool you, we had 5 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room. The master suites are beautiful and roomy. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and was beautifully updated.
Very close to the pool and clubhouse, the pool was very nice and clean. Close to everything, Huntington Beach, Brookgreen Gardens and plenty of restaurants.
Would highly recommend this rental."
