Great place and great value
"We have enjoyed our stay this week. Plenty of space for all of us and close to the beach and Brookgreen Gardens which we loved. There are four grocery stores close by which is nice. Love saving money cooking our own food in the kitchen. Best part was eating breakfast on the patio each morning."

"We Stayed at Tuscany by the Sea for a week with my family of six. The unit had a beautiful view of the beach and the sunrise. The balcony was sunny in the morning but was shaded in the afternoon. We cooked out one evening which was very nice as well.
My wife and I were there with my daughter and her husband and my two sons and the three bedrooms were perfect. My sons and son-in-law all played golf one day and we ate at great restaurants several nights."

"Our family of 4 stayed here for our beach trip. This was our first time to Pawley's Island and we loved the slower pace and quietness of this area as opposed to Myrtle Beach. This condo was in excellent condition upon arrival. We found everything extra we needed, including sugar! We brought groceries and were able to eat many meals without having to go out. But if you do go out Pawley's Raw bar is excellent as well as La Playa, both within a couple miles of this condo. We loved sitting outside on the screen balcony watching the golfers, it was one of our favorite things to do on this trip. We also took advantage of the Huntington State Park pass and went a few times to the beach as well as an alligator tour. The pool area is quiet and several times we went and were the only ones there! Usually when we go to the beach we stay in very noisy, crowded places because we want to be close to things, but we found there is plenty to do in Pawley's, from shopping to the Brook garden plus all the activities Huntington State park offers. The owners are really easy to work with and respond quickly to emails. We had an issue with payment because we had just ran out of checks, but they worked with us and gave us other options to pay. We had an enjoyable stay and would definitely rent again!"

"I would not describe this resort as your normal tourist getaway. It is more like someone's summer home. The accommodations are nice. It's quite and not very crowded at all. The unit was clean, but did not appear to prepared for guests by a professional service. While the decor was pretty, it was dated, but the unit had all the comforts of home. We quickly realized that Litchfield by the Sea is one of those well kept secrets where the population is predominantly white. While most people are friendly and quite talkative others stare making it obvious that they aren't used to seeing people of color. Overall I had a nice time. If you are looking for something quiet and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach this is the place for you. No matter what walk of life you come from."
