"We had the best vacation in years! Bill & Lynn were wonderful to deal with which made our stay that much more wonderful. Even with 11 adults and 4 children in the house, we were not crowded. Close walk to the beach (1/2 a block) & the pool and hot tub felt great. We had a little rain in the beginning of the week so we wish we had added to have the pool heated since it was quite chilly. We will definitely add that feature next time!"

"This is the best house I have stayed at in the Surfside Beach area. The house itself is beautiful. It is well appointed and decorated. It has this great beach vibe. It was really clean and well presented both inside and out. The location made getting to the beach a snap and if you forgot something it was a 1 minute walk back. The bedrooms were large and quite comfortable. The parking was fantastic. There was no need to park the 3 cars we had behind each other. They fit across the parking lot so there was no shuffling of cars when one car needed to leave. The bathrooms were a good size and it was nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom (except for the jack and jill where the kids slept). It was also great to have a half bath of the living room. No need to run upstairs. The porch overlooking the ocean was amazing. The high seat lifeguard style chairs were comfortable and what a view!! The pool was very refreshing and it was nice that if you sat by the pool you could either sit in the direct sun or under the deck for some shade. The outdoor shower was a great help with the kids and not tracking sand inside. The televisions were good sizes also. It was nice having the landing tv area at the top of the stairs. That was a pretty large tv. The kitchen had everything anyone could need. Enough dishes, glasses, and silverware. The room next to the kitchen was a cute room with a glass round table. My mom scrapbooks and her stuff was in there and she was in heaven when she was doing her thing. We purchased the linen package which I would tell everyone to purchase. Makes life easier. The kitchen and living room are different from the pictures. The floor is a new beautiful washed wood and the counters now in the kitchen are a very nice granite. I'm telling you I LOVE THIS HOUSE!!! I don't have 1 complaint except I should have stayed 2 weeks!!!"

"House is perfect. 8 men ages 23-45 stayed for three nights and there was no issues at all with enough sleeping space. Kitchen has plenty of plates, cups, utensils, everything you could need to make your own meals. We did eat out for every meal (minus some Krispy Kreme for breakfast one day), so I can't comment on the stove or grill. Views are crazy good, and there is a ton of natural light pouring in through the windows. We loved the balconies, and it seems there is a door leading to one of the balconies at every turn. Step out the door of the house and you are just feet from the beach, perfect spot. For food I recommend Neal & Pam's down by the pier, (lunch/breakfast), and for dinner and or lunch The Gulfstream or Conche Cafe. Missing this place already, 5stars! Thanks so much for opening your home to us."

"We have stayed in hotel like condominiums for the past couple of years that have pools, splash pads, and lazy rivers. They are so crowded and the kids only get about a foot of swimming room around them in the pool. This place in Surfside Beach was absolutely wonderful. The walk to the beach was short, simple, and refreshing. The pool was private for only our kids to enjoy. The beach was not too crowded and you could still use a tent on the beach unlike other beaches in Myrtle. The home itself was very comfortable and convenient. The furniture appeared clean and welcoming. The home was prepared with all necessities including a griddle which we have not seen at other places. It was very quiet and private but not far at all from surf shops, miniature golf, Broadway at the Beach, etc. The other families that went with us questioned the decision to stay in a private rental property but changed their opinion the moment they walked in the door. We found sand dollars in the ocean. There is a little creek that runs into the ocean within a 5 minute walk toward the pier on the beach. Our children had nets and caught little fish, a shrimp, and some crabs in the little shallow creek. I would recommend this property to other families. We would love to stay there again in the future."
