"I was taking a chance surprising my fiancé with a surprise wedding in Myrtle, since we love the Outer Banks so much for the past 5 yrs. So I took a chance and I hit a homerun! She loved it! The home was located in a perfect location that allowed you a short commute to everything. A big Thank You to Brian (Home owner)! We are looking forward to staying their again soon."

  • Awesome House Awesome Location Awesome Vacation

"This is the best house I have stayed at in the Surfside Beach area. The house itself is beautiful. It is well appointed and decorated. It has this great beach vibe. It was really clean and well presented both inside and out. The location made getting to the beach a snap and if you forgot something it was a 1 minute walk back. The bedrooms were large and quite comfortable. The parking was fantastic. There was no need to park the 3 cars we had behind each other. They fit across the parking lot so there was no shuffling of cars when one car needed to leave. The bathrooms were a good size and it was nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom (except for the jack and jill where the kids slept). It was also great to have a half bath of the living room. No need to run upstairs. The porch overlooking the ocean was amazing. The high seat lifeguard style chairs were comfortable and what a view!! The pool was very refreshing and it was nice that if you sat by the pool you could either sit in the direct sun or under the deck for some shade. The outdoor shower was a great help with the kids and not tracking sand inside. The televisions were good sizes also. It was nice having the landing tv area at the top of the stairs. That was a pretty large tv. The kitchen had everything anyone could need. Enough dishes, glasses, and silverware. The room next to the kitchen was a cute room with a glass round table. My mom scrapbooks and her stuff was in there and she was in heaven when she was doing her thing. We purchased the linen package which I would tell everyone to purchase. Makes life easier. The kitchen and living room are different from the pictures. The floor is a new beautiful washed wood and the counters now in the kitchen are a very nice granite. I'm telling you I LOVE THIS HOUSE!!! I don't have 1 complaint except I should have stayed 2 weeks!!!"

  • Looking forward to staying here again

"My wife and I stayed here with our 2 children and her parents. We found the condo to be very neat, organized and comfortable. The beds were great and the kitchen was stocked with all the tools you would ever need. Keith was great to work with and always responded in a timely manner. The beach is literally a short walk across the street so it's very accessible if you need to run back to the condo for something. Travelers do need to be aware there is no elevator and the condo is on the top floor so the stairs can get a little tiring when you are bringing up your luggage :) We look forward to staying here again."
