"We loved our home away from home. My husband and I stayed for a month and had a wonderful visit in Myrtle beach. This unit was close to the pool and relaxation was key to our enjoyment. The condo was clean and spacious. We were able to have coffee on the lanai almost every morning, because it is a corner unit, and the sun warmed the area well. It is a third floor unit, so we got lots of leg exercise each day and we did not mind it overmuch. But carrying extra groceries up was a bit of a challenge, however we learned to shop daily and that concern was not an issue for us.
The condo overlooks the pool making it feel like a tropical getaway! We look forward to our stay next year and recommend this unit for vacationers. The internet worked great for those who need it. As well the 'smart' Tv allows for Netflix, which was an added bonus, for those with an account. All windows are in working order, so fresh air flows through the unit, for me a must and for anyone who is health consciencious.
The owner is easy to work with and very accommodating."

"This unit is perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Although we only had 2 adults and 3 kids + pooch, this unit could sleep a lot of people, depending on desired comfort level. The master bedroom is on the main floor and has a great bathroom with 2 sinks and a large shower. The closet is huge and could even fit 2 pack n plays/cots or 2 air mattresses for a family traveling with small ones who need a separate room from parents. There is also a small cubby in the closet that would fit a sleeping bag and pillow. (So, yes, parents and up to 3 kids could fit in this room.) The living room has a sofa and a 1.5 loveseat, all with recliners- very comfortable. The patio has a table with four chairs. There is a half bath off the living room. There is a raised table in the dining area with 4 stools. The 4 counter stools from the island counter can be brought over to the table as well, but only a child's legs would fit there. So, 4 adults and 4 children could sit at the table for dinner, or 4 adults could sit over at the island comfortably. There is also a small table with 3-4 chairs in the kitchen itself and the living room coffee table raises (dining for 15!). Laundry was perfect and functional, plenty of cooking utensils. Upstairs there is one full bathroom. One bedroom is quite spacious and had a double bed and two twins. There is also floor room for 1-2 additional inflatables. There was a large TV and even a Wii set up in this room. The closet in this room is large enough for a pack and play. The other bedroom had either a double or queen. That bedroom itself has room for a pack and play or twin air mattress, but the closet is smaller, so probably only a bassinet. All rooms had plenty of drawers to unpack for longer stays. The landing off the upstairs hallway could fit an additional double mattress as well. Our days usually consisted of breakfast at the condo, a jog around the properties with the dog, 3-4 hours at the beach with packed snacks, then lunch back at the condo, then 2 hours at the Heron Bay pool (basically a one block walk), then dinner somewhere in Barefoot Landing. We would use the driveway right by House of Blues so we never had to deal with traffic on 17 other than our trip to the grocery store. You can take chairs on the shuttle, but you may feel guilty taking up so much room. Since tents and sportsbrellas are no longer allowed on North Myrtle Beach, we went ahead and rented an umbrella and 2 chairs for $25/day (all set up already at the beach)."

"The property did not promise anything that was not delivered. That is, everything we saw on the website was there. Condo was clean and well-appointed with the proper amenities to please even the discriminating tastes that we had in our group."

"My friends and I had a great stay here! The condo is right on the beach. You can't beat the balcony that overlooks the ocean view. The condo is also very close to barefoot landing where there are restaurants. We went to a concert at the house of blues which is also only about a mile walk! Would definitely recommend this condo!"
