  • Love This Cottage!

"My wife and I, along with my mother and our eight year old daughter spent a wonderful Labor Day Weekend here. The cottage is very clean and well maintained with a lot more room than you would think. It's quiet and a pretty short walk to the water. We were able to drive to Harbor Light Marina in about 10-15 minutes so the location, which is right off I-85, was great. We look forward to returning!"

  • Peaceful Lake setting

"Our family loved staying here for the week. Being right on the water with the covered dock was great, and we had fun fishing and relaxing. This was a first time to rent a house somewhere and with all the comforts of home we will definitely do it again. If you are planning a trip to Lake Hartwell this is a great house. Side note - it is quite a climb up from the lake so people with difficulty walking might find it hard to go down there."

  • Great!

"What Great Lake home! The floor plan was well thought out for living at the lake. The home has everything that you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Nice furnishings and nice outdoor furniture as well. The house sits on very deep water. We brought our boat and skied and tubed right behind the house. The dock is very nice! Twin slips with a covered upper level with a grill and stereo, table and plenty of chairs to lay out on. A lot of time was spent there. There is also a boat ramp very close to the house. To sum it up this is truly a lake home first and a rental second. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We had a great time and only have good things to say about the Aqua Crib."

  • Build Lasting Family Memories

"2014 was our Seventh Annual Family Vacation and this year we opted for a lakehouse rather than the normal trek to the beach. After much searching online, we decided on this home in early Spring and looked forward to it with much anticipation. We were there all last week, and I can say without a doubt that the idea to switch it up was a good one, and the decision to stay in this house was brilliant!! The owner was exceptionally flexible, and even moved our *entry* time up by half a day to accommodate our early arrival with the boat in tow. The home is exquisite (pics online do not do it justice), the lake was welcoming and warm in a secluded area of the cove (but not so much that we worried about uninvited guests of the creepy crawly kind), and the scenery magnificent!! Our family rolled in and out according to varying schedules, but at one point we had a dozen of us there with still plenty of space to rest and relax in great comfort. Some played pool, others lounged in the hot tub, one couple fished, and still others swam to their hearts content (my 8 year old nephew never got enough!!). Bottom line is it's a great place to build lasting and loving family memories -- and as my mama would say, you can't put a price tag on that. Thanks much, Bryan!!"
