"Our family enjoyed this rental thoroughly. We cooked in every meal, & had all we needed. The grill only cooked on low, but suited us fine. We needed to call the property mngr to get the pontoon boat started, but she returned our call within 30 minutes, & got us on our way. We, actually found the "pontoon boat directions" in the boat and put them back in the "Welcome notebook". Our family enjoyed playing frisbee & volleyball in the backyard when we weren't cruising the lake or enjoying the deck. Our time was too short, but was convenient, sunny, & all that we hoped it would be."

"Our 7 day stay at this home was absolutely wonderful! We had 4 families (3 generations) and this home was perfect for each of us. The gently sloping back yard was great for the grandparents, and the fully furnished entertainment floor was fabulous for the kids. We brought a 24' pontoon boat and a 24' SunCruiser, and there was plenty of room at the dock for both. The fully furnished kitchen was well organized, the living room was well planned, the bedrooms were spacious, and the house was incredibly maintained and very clean. The renter was efficient, professional, and great to work with. We were very surprised (and happy) at the low volume of boat traffic during the weekdays. It was certainly a boaters paradise. The Tiki Hut delivers great service and mixes a GREAT...and strong...Margarita! We enjoyed floating our boats right up to a beautiful waterfall, and finding lots of sandy, rockless shores to beach our pontoon and explore the shoreline. We have a family vacation every year at a new lake, and we have decided that next year we will come back to Lake Keowee and THIS house for two weeks! Our very high expectations were exceeded.
Hints to renters: Find the shortcuts to Seneca (Evatt Road). The WiFi is super slow, so plan to use your own hotspot if lots of internet connections are needed. There is not a lot of light at the dock for evening use, and there are only a couple of chairs on the dock."

"I highly recommend this amazing home! The property is gorgeous, the views from each window were breathtaking and the entire property was well maintained. The neighbors (and their dog who walked right into the house behind us!) were friendly. The home was impeccably clean (my number one priority) and had everything we could have possibly needed. The kitchen was so well stocked and had so much storage, our only problem was remembering where we had found the items we had previously used so that we could replace them! Five of us were able to be in the kitchen prepping a meal at one time. The second refrigerator was nice to have available. There was plenty of room for our extended family to visit due to the open floor plan, large rooms and excellent layout of the house.
The location was very convenient to both Clemson and Seneca. Very close to groceries stores and a pharmacy. The owner was great to work with and prompt in his responses to emails. This home is a great value for the cost. Our family could not have been more pleased with this rental. We only wish we could have stayed longer!"

"This house was perfect for a weekend retreat with friends. The spacious accommodations and multiple sleeping arrangements made it easy for everyone to find a quiet, comfortable space. The house is great and located in a very nice, serene neighborhood. And there's plenty to do both inside the house (pool, large living room, fireplace) and outside on the patios and dock. The one negative is the presence of only 3 bathrooms. An additional bathroom (or even a half bath) would make this house ideal for groups, especially groups in which members are not immediate family. Overall though the house is great and I would definitely recommend it to individuals looking for a great spot on Lake Keowee at a very reasonable price."
