  • Perfect!

"Wonderful and quaint NEW log house with great kitchen support: utensils, pots and pans, dishes, coffee maker WITH filters - all color coordinated. Wonderful deck with plenty of seating AND screened porch with new great picnic tables. Comfy rooms. Could go on and on. Will definitely rent again. Oh, and beautiful lake!"

  • Fantastic lakefront cabin

"We love to try new places but would gladly stay here again. It was that nice. Came to celebrate our son's graduation from Clemson. Six adults and two kids and there was plenty of room. With 1 x King bed, 2 x Queen beds, a pull out couch on loft, and 2 x twin beds (with another twin day bed in the same room), you could easily sleep 11 people in beds (and that is not counting the several comfortable leather couches). Master bedroom on main level was spacious with king bed, very large bathroom and plenty of closet space. Two downstairs bedrooms with queen beds and shared bathroom were comfortable although a bit chilly. It is a challenge to maintain a "perfect" temperature since a single thermostat controls all three levels. If main level is "just right" then downstairs will be chilly and upstairs may be warmer. Not a big deal at al but worth noting. The AC works just fine. The downstairs also has a very nice pool table with couches, TV and area for card playing. The upstairs loft and bedroom with twin beds is very comfortable as well. Open concept kitchen, dining area and family room are very conducive to conversation and fun. All of it overlooks the water for great serenity. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Keys are easily accessible. WiFi works easily and consistently. TVs are easy to use with no confusing instructions or multiple remotes. Lastly, the lake is great. Early May and the water was surprising warm. We did not have a boat but used the two kayaks non-stop. Plenty of room for everyone to sit on the docks, socialize and swim. Dock ladder for easy exit from the water. Deep water all around the dock. Jumped off of the end of the dock and tried to hit the bottom but could not. The walk to the water is a slight decline but not bad. My 75-year old mother managed it easily all four days. The owner (Kevin) is very easy to work with and obviously takes great care of this place. I would recommend this cabin to any of my friends."

  • Amazing cabin!

"My family recently spent Christmas at this cabin. We were looking for a place that was affordable for a family with 3 college students , but also one that was nice. This cabin was perfect. THis house is very comfortable and has everything one could need. The sound system/tv was incredible. We loved playing the games that were there (which we did a lot because it rained for 2 days). The kitchen was fully stocked. I was a little concerned since I would be making Christmas dinner there, but I didn't need to be worried. We loved the fireplace and it made for a very cozy Christmas Eve. We were happy to see the sun on Christmas and found a local waterfall which we drove to and hiked and then that night we stargazed. The number of stars was incredible. I was a little concerned about the driveway because of other reviews, but if you follow Chris's directions that he sends there is no problem. We have a very old Honda Odyssey and it had no issues and neither did my husband's sedan. THe only driving issue is that if you have a low car don't take the adventurous route and go through the stream. Take the other way to the cabin. Chris explains all this in the directions. I cannot recommend this cabin enough. I"m already thinking about when I can come back either with my family or just my husband for a retreat"

  • Wonderful Lake Keowee Month

"We spent a wonderful month in this very comfortable and convenient condo. The community is great and their is lots to do in the area. There are many county and state parks within an easy drive with lots of trails and waterfalls to explore. Clemsen, Greenville, and Seneca are close by. I would definitely recommend this property."
