"My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in the cabin for 4 days. When we arrived the cabin was all ready for us. We were pleased with how clean it was and how inviting! We were new to the area, and anxious to visit all that the Black Hills has to offer. The cabin was centrally located, so we could head a different direction each day and not have long drives to get where we wanted to go. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean, and the rest of the cabin was extremely comfortable. Our purpose of this trip was to rest, relax and enjoy the sights. We loved the wooded setting and the peace and quiet.Lots of wildlife in our yard, which was fun. We have no complaints and would highly recommend this to anyone! Kathleen and Wolfgang are excellent hosts, and we enjoyed visiting with them! We hope to come back next year."

"Great place for a group of "Senior" friends to use as "home" while visiting Black Hills for 9 days. Well stocked house (kitchen, bath towels, laundry). Very clean and everything in working order. Owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. Great location for everything in the Hills. Only drawback (for some) is no wifi. Actually is was good to be "unhooked" for 9 days."

"This house was so comfortable and convenient. Staying in Custer for the Sturgis Rally was awesome. A different route can be taken back and forth to Sturgis every day. Like needles highway and iron mountain road and at the end of the day you can get far enough away to relax and relaxation in this comfortable affordable house was very easy."

"This was a really nice little cabin. Location was great, very close to Deadwood. Secluded, we saw deer every night. Cabin was well stocked except for a stove, however, they had a two-burner hot plate that worked fine. My little dog was very content there. Nice and quiet but easy to get to town."
