"This is a very nice cabin. It had everything we needed and instructions were clear. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood which was perfect after a day of site seeing. Cabin was about an hours drive to keystone area, rapid city, and hill city. Cabin was as describe and owners were easy and helpful to work with. The only down fall was no wi fi but that may of been a blessing, as we had to find other family activities to amuse ourselves. I would recommend this property to anyone in the area. The only thing I found not provided was a pitcher to mix frozen juices in otherwise stocked to perfection"

"This was a beautiful home for our family to stay. It was totally stocked with everything you need. Loved the quietness and seeing deer in our yard early in the morning. sitting on the nice deck at night and watching the stars was amazing.. we loved the location as it was near the Andy's Trails which we enjoyed and recommend to go. A lot of hiking in spearfish canyon and rented a boat on Pactola lake. The owner were easy and friendly to work with. I would recommend this cabin for a great vacation stay."

"We had a nice two day stay in this cabin on the first leg of our trip to the west coast. It is a pleasant cabin and a good base camp for visiting especially if you are visiting in the lead/deadwood and spearfish areas which are quite close by. Its a bit of a drive down to some of the more southern areas like keystone, custer, mt rushmore and the others down there but certainly doable if you don't mind driving some. We saw custer park, needles highway, sylvan lake and pactola dam areas all one day and then spent the next in deadwood and spearfish canyon which is quite close by and is arguably the most natural and beautiful area in the black hills I feel. There is a beautiful falls recreation area near in spearfish canyon that I would not miss and also bridal veil falls. Also a fun free fish hatchery in spearfish that is fun, and the indian center which I can not currently remember the name of is really excellent and informative about indian culture, art etc in the black hills. The cabin could use some more comfortable furniture for the living room...the couches and chair were not older and could stand to be replaced, but I felt they were not too bad, and they looked nice and clean. The cabin is older but they have done a lot of nice remodeling projects so I felt it was very comfortable and would definitely stay there again. It would be nice to get some trees growing around the cabin to provide a little more seclusion and shade. Also,it is up a steep drive but is fine to drive in the summer, and easy to find with directions, and once you are up there, there are may properties up there and great views if you look around a little. Im sure it is a great winter area also but would definitely need 4 wheel drive for that type of weather."
