"We just returned from our stay in Theresa's cabin, and it was a wonderful experience! We had 2 families stay here (4 adults and 2 children), but we would have had room for more. I was very impressed with how clean everything was, and the beds were also very comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, towels, washcloths, etc., so we were able to do laundry and run the dishwasher at our convenience. The cabin is also very close to many trails to go 4-wheeling on, and the scenery was beautiful. The firepit was also wonderful for the kids to make smores and to warm up a bit during the cool evenings. I also appreciated having firewood available at the cabin so we didn't have to make a special trip to get it. Theresa was also very prompt at responding to us when we had questions for her. I do not have anything negative to say about this property or the owners, and I hope to return to this cabin again some day."

"The property is located on a well kept gravel road approximately one-quarter mile off of the main paved road. The cottage is clean and has all the modern conveniences that we could want. The property is lovely with deer out front in the evenings and with an occasional group of turkeys wondering through. You will have to take time to travel to most of the tourist sites with Hill City almost an hour away. Sturgis is 20 minutes to the north. However, the rides are worth it with beautiful scenery along the way. There is a fairly large concrete patio out back which we didn't use nearly enough, but in the mornings it was a wonderful place to read a book and have coffee. Dalton Lake Road is actually a nice place to take an evening or morning walk, and if you drive to its end, there is actually a very nice trail that follows a good sized stream. Loved the cottage, location, and experience."

"Great place for a group of "Senior" friends to use as "home" while visiting Black Hills for 9 days. Well stocked house (kitchen, bath towels, laundry). Very clean and everything in working order. Owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. Great location for everything in the Hills. Only drawback (for some) is no wifi. Actually is was good to be "unhooked" for 9 days."

"This was the perfect place to vacation in the Black Hills. Marletta and Roger's cabin was perfect. It was very well fitted for cooking, enjoying bon fires in their back yard, and the beds were phenomenal. We would recommend this to any vacationer as I looked long and hard to find a place that would even compare to theirs, which they didn't!!"
