"We just returned from our stay in Theresa's cabin, and it was a wonderful experience! We had 2 families stay here (4 adults and 2 children), but we would have had room for more. I was very impressed with how clean everything was, and the beds were also very comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, towels, washcloths, etc., so we were able to do laundry and run the dishwasher at our convenience. The cabin is also very close to many trails to go 4-wheeling on, and the scenery was beautiful. The firepit was also wonderful for the kids to make smores and to warm up a bit during the cool evenings. I also appreciated having firewood available at the cabin so we didn't have to make a special trip to get it. Theresa was also very prompt at responding to us when we had questions for her. I do not have anything negative to say about this property or the owners, and I hope to return to this cabin again some day."

"I was looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing weekend, and this place didn't disappoint! Close to town but far enough to enjoy the quiet, beautiful scenery, and they allow pets!
Linda's hospitality was top notch. I'm looking forward to my next visit!"

Nice, large, well stocked cabin in a great location
"After one week in the cabin here are our thoughts from a family of 6.
-beautiful location not far from the many attractions in the area. We were at each destination within 30-45 min. (took scenic roads mostly) and had a nice, quiet place to spend our evenings. We enjoyed Custer Park, Bear Country, Crystal Caves, Reptile Gardens, Black Hills Maze, Mt. Rushmore, President Wax Museum, and more.
-enjoyed viewing wildlife from the deck (deer, snowshoe rabbits, birds, chipmunks, and squirrels)
-open floor plan allows for easy interaction and makes the cabin feel even larger than it already is.
-the cabin is well stocked, especially the kitchen. The owners have clearly thought of everything travelers might need and provided it for you. Bring food and clothes and you are set.
-You access the downstairs by a steep, narrow spiral staircase. This could be difficult for some to navigate however there is also access through an exterior door.
-there is not a railing on the loft overlooking the living/dining areas. What a fun place for the kids to stay and hang out in yet it would not be ideal for small children due to the ladder you use to get to it and that there isn't a railing to protect them from falling off.
We found this cabin to be great. Just the amount of thought that went into making sure it had everything travelers would want/need made it well worth the price."

"This home was wonderful to explore the natural beauty of Black Hills and the surrounding areas. We had 2 families stay with a total of 11 and it was comfortable. The kids enjoyed morning time with Tommy and we all enjoyed Bonnie's jam! Very lovely hosts!"
