"Our family had a great time in this rural retreat. Some fishing, some hiking, some bird watching and some exploring. The dock was a great place to get in several quick casts before we left for the days activities. Plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, marvelous bedrooms and baths and a relaxing, majestic view. Trips to the local fish hatchery and the museum were educational for the kids as well as fun. Pool table and board games provided filled in the time between dark and bedtime. We loved the experience!"

"Stayed in this wonderful cabin outside of Custer for a week; so glad we chose this one! The location was perfect to see all the Black Hills attractions. The cabin was spotless; with a comfortable bed, very modern kitchen, both a charcoal and a gas grill, and beautiful fire pit. We saw deer every day, and even a hot air balloon floating overhead one morning. Connie is very pleasant to work with, our reservation was handled efficiently from the beginning. I hope to visit the Black Hills area again, and would not hesitate to rent this cabin again."

"Great place to stay..centrally located..beautiful scenery. Very clean and the owners are very helpful. This cabin made our family trip a complete success! Everyone loved it..just beautiful and spacious!! Hot tub was fun and relaxing..we stayed in cabin B with 7 adults and 4 kids and it suited us wonderfully. Big backyard with a quiet setting..can't say enough good about it...would definitely recommend these cabins to anyone wanting a great Black Hills vacation experience!!"

"Our annual sister's trip was terrific this year! We loved staying at the Hidden Treasure house. It was perfectly situated to see all the sights we managed to see: the Black Hills countryside via Iron Mountain Road, Mt. Rushmore Monument, including the night lighting show, Crazy Horse Monument, visited and poked around fun/funky old mining/western towns, enjoyed exploring Custer State Park with a picnic lunch at Sylvan Lake, saw the mountain goats at Needles Hwy. tunnel, some really big and up close bison, deer, antelope, & turkeys. The property was comfortable and cozy, and had everything we could need for a vacation stay, except for intermittent cell phone service at that spot; maybe that was a good thing since we were "on vacation!" The rock shop next door was fun to browse through. We enjoyed the goats, ducks, and chickens right behind the unit. Staying at the Hidden Treasure made this trip very memorable for the four of us!"
