"Our group of 10 rented both units for a week. The location was great, a convenient walk to the grocery store and Main St, looking down over the 1880 Train and Hill City. Plenty of room, with leaves in the table we were able to get all 10 of us around the dinner table. The owners/managers were outstanding to deal with, especially Marcia. Quick to respond, and helpful beyond what was expected. There is so much to do in the Black Hills, and these townhomes are well located close to Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer & Custer State Park...and only a short 30 minutes or so into Rapid City. Don't miss the Black Hills Institute if you love dinosaurs. Their collection is amazing. Don't miss out on visiting this area. It's a bit of a hidden gem."

"Pictures do not do this home justice. The home was super clean and very well decorated. We rented it for a family reunion and it was way more than we anticipated. Plenty of room to spread out and have quiet time if you need it and great corners for the kids and teens to "hide out" in. The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared almost all of our meals in the home. The backyard had plenty of seating, it was quiet and shaded most of the day, we enjoyed the outdoor fireplace each night we were there. All the beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. I was relieved to see NO bunk beds.. so many rentals put in bunkbeds and I have worried which family member was going to be the unlucky one to sleep on the top bunk in previous homes my family has rented. Also the convenience of the location of this home... from your Walmart down the road to an easy drive to Deadwood, quick access to the interstate to tour the Black Hills. My family will definitely be back!"

"We just returned home from a great vacation in the Black Hills! My husband, kids and grandkids stayed at Dick and Bonnie's ranch and had a wonderful time! Their home is large, very comfortable and has all the amenities you need. There was nine of us (5 adults, 4 kids) and we had plenty of room to spread out and explore the grounds. The kids loved playing outside, and taking long walks along the lane. There were lots of "baby cows" which the kids loved seeing! Two friendly dogs, Tommy and Princess, accompanied the kids on a lot of their walks and adventures. This is just a great place to relax after busy days of sightseeing and activities! We enjoyed Bonnie's delicious rhubarb/berry jam, and they also provided 2 park passes to use, which was nice. If your family is looking for a comfortable, secluded vacation rental away from all the crowds (the nearest grocery store is about a half an hour away) this is the place to be! Thanks Dick and Bonnie!"

"We just got home from an amazing trip to Sturgis 2015! The house was perfect for our group of 14. The cabin was comfortable, quiet and just beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots, pans, coffee makers etc... It's between deadwood and sturgis perfect for our bike group. We would book this home on our next trip to sturgis and the black hills!"
