  • Stayed here during Sturgis Rally

"Really enjoyed staying at this quaint little house. Amie the owner is extremely hospitable and this home was certainly well appointment and with lots of amenities. We came up from Atlanta, GA for the Sturgis Rally and to take advantage of being able to sightsee in a very picturesque part of the country. This home is strategically located to the downtown area and has easy freeway access, yet it still provided a "tucked" away feeling. There was ample parking for our truck and bike trailer. The location of the property put us within easy riding distance of Sturgis, The Badlands, The Black Hills National Forrest, and Devils Tower, Wyoming. We have no hesitation recommending this property and we would stay there again if the opportunity ever presents itself."

  • Everything we hoped for and more

"From the moment we walked in the door, it was apparent that we had chosen wisely in selecting the Black Hills Sanctuary - Couple's Cabin. It immediately met all of our expectations. Warm, cozy, comfortable and welcoming -- it looks like a place you could enjoy for a week or more. We are halfway through our first week in the Black Hills, and coming back here each day after visiting sites in the area is truly enjoyable. It feels like home. The kitchen is spacious and provides ample room for food prep and eating at the counter. The bedroom [and bed] are quite comfortable, and each night has been very relaxing. For those who don't want to totally unplug, the cabin has wifi and cable tv. The cabin is quite close to all of the things a first time visitor would want [Custer State Park, Mt Rushmore, an abundance of hiking, and good food]. I couldn't recommend this place more . . . and we will certainly return."

  • Great Getaway, Beautiful Cabin!

"My recent visit to the Hills was picturesque staying in this cabin. Enjoyed waking up to a winter wonderland with a cup of coffee, loved the view! The cabin was well maintained and obviously well cared for. My wife and I, along with our closest friends are already planning our next stay. I highly recommend this cabin for a quick getaway wit h family and or friends. Thanks for the great weekend :)"

  • Great holiday family time

"Our extended family chose this location for our family Christmas get together. We had 17 people and 2 babies, people ranging from 82 (my dad), to young 20's, teenagers, 2yrs, 10 months! All had great accommodations, we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, and it was easy to access even in winter. Singing Christmas carols around the fireplace in the living area, sledding down the hills nearby, serving meals easily out of the spacious kitchen all created great Christmas memories for our family! Highly recommended!"
