"Was very pleased with the house. Very clean, spacious, and the linnens provided where very adequate. Plenty of cooking utensils. Was very windy and cool so we didn't use the deck but in nice weather it would have been very nice to spend an evening or two outside. Pheasant hunting in general area wasn't the best further west was better. Duck hunting was good. We hunted half an hour north. Overall very satisfied."

"We just returned from our stay in Theresa's cabin, and it was a wonderful experience! We had 2 families stay here (4 adults and 2 children), but we would have had room for more. I was very impressed with how clean everything was, and the beds were also very comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, towels, washcloths, etc., so we were able to do laundry and run the dishwasher at our convenience. The cabin is also very close to many trails to go 4-wheeling on, and the scenery was beautiful. The firepit was also wonderful for the kids to make smores and to warm up a bit during the cool evenings. I also appreciated having firewood available at the cabin so we didn't have to make a special trip to get it. Theresa was also very prompt at responding to us when we had questions for her. I do not have anything negative to say about this property or the owners, and I hope to return to this cabin again some day."

"This house was so comfortable and convenient. Staying in Custer for the Sturgis Rally was awesome. A different route can be taken back and forth to Sturgis every day. Like needles highway and iron mountain road and at the end of the day you can get far enough away to relax and relaxation in this comfortable affordable house was very easy."

"We had more fun on this property than going to all the attractions. If you are farm people or adventurers you will enjoy the miles of walking and looking at past mining items and rolling hills and some farmland. The buildings were authentic and made you feel like you were living in the past. I enjoyed the owners scrapbook explaining the homemade items in the house and history of the area. It is a few miles off the beaten path but that is part of it's charm. So close to areas like Crazy Horse, Jewel cave, Mt. Rushmore and Hill City and Custer. Loved seeing Custer state park and it was right down the road. Owners were close by and very helpful if needed."
