"We want to send a huge THANK YOU for our wonderful stay at the Lariat!
We hadn't told our family about our vacation accommodations - just that it was a VRBO. They were thrilled when we drove up to the Lariat and grandchildren "squealed" with delight when they entered the cabin!! What an excellent location - just outside of Hill City. The cabin was so well-equipped - a definite "home away from home!" The grandchildren loved the loft and the hot tub! We had an awesome vacation! We were so busy sightseeing, that one evening our two sons commented that they wished we had more time to spend together at the Lariat! It was just a perfect fit for our family! Thank you again for everything!"

"Wanted a scenic peaceful getaway spot for my family , found it in spades here , super view , cabin and Charlie & Jody are great people , everything in the north end of the Black Hills is a short drive away , private road to the cabin so it was absolute privacy our whole time there , we WILL be booking again"

"We loved this bunk house. It was further then we anticipated from Sturgis but was a great ride. The roof did leak in one spot. It had an excellent view and was just what we wanted after a long ride. The scenery can not be beat. The side porch was great for sitting and watching the rain or incoming storm. Plan on returning to Sturgis in 2015 and hope to rent from here again. Love it."

"It was a great house having all the amenities of a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms, linens, and laundry. The downfalls were the very very dusty fans and the squeaky and very uncomfortable master bed. The other beds were comfortable. We loved the porch that overlooked the 1880 Train. Plus it was our alarm clock in the morning. The house had plenty of space for everybody to spread out. I would recommend the house to anybody."
