"Where do I start?? First, I was somewhat apprehensive about booking a vrbo home - you never know what you will get- but we couldn't be happier!! The pics don't do it justice - this place is beautiful and felt just like home : very clean and well stocked with necessary amenities! I'm not sure what you could need that isn't already here to make you comfortable. We brought our atv's and food, and just had the greatest family vacation! You can ride your atv on the dirt road the house is located on, directly up to some great trailheads, and then the adventure is yours! We rode for hours and hours! It was nice to come back home after the day and relax on the big porch and watch the kids run around - and there is definitely room for them to run! We had campfires and family dinners - evening rides and cuddled watching movies. We sit here packing up to leave and are somewhat sad - but also pulling out our calendars and are ready to rebook again next year! The owner Larry is a great guy, and we stopped by his store to chat a few times. I wouldn't hesitate booking this place, it's worth every penny and a little fresh air and family would do the soul some good :) bring your atv and dirt bikes and you will be in for some great rides - ranging from easy jeep roads to more technical rock climbs. Something for everyone! Thanks again Larry, we will be seeing you next year :)"

"When you have 7 guys on a two week motorcycle trip that includes the 75th anniversary edition of Sturgis Rally, you want everything to go well. Well our stay at the Stagecoach home was great! Plenty of room for us to stretch out and close enough to the sites in the area. We did it all in our 5 day 4 night stay. Toni and George were great hosts. I would highly recommend this house as a luxurious base for anyone's travels in the Black Hills. Our group's best day in the Black Hills was when we decided to have a light day and only travel 80 miles in that beautiful area and relax at the house afterward. Very enjoyable!! Thank you again!"

"We just returned from an incredible family trip to the Black Hills area. MGG was the PERFECT cabin for our family! The cabin was spotless, well maintained and showed obvious signs of owner pride. My oldest daughter even commented to me how much pride the owners must take in their cabin. The beds were super comfortable and the cabin was well stocked with all of the furnishings, bedding, blankets, towels, firewood, etc. we could possibly need. It was clear to us that a lot of thought was put into making the cabin enjoyable for guests. The outside of the cabin was equally great with plenty of room for our children to play, run, explore and have fun. Additionally, the views cannot be beat. We enjoyed the town of Hill City as it offered some unique shopping and dining options. Also, it is centrally located to the areas we traveled to including Mt. Rushmore and Custer State Park. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this cabin - truly top notch in all areas!!!"

"The Thunder Ridge Lodge was a great find for our family gathering. Very clean, convenient location to Black Hills, and plenty of room for 12 visitors. The layout of the house is perfect for hosting separate families as each can have their own "corner" of the house without issue. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you may need for cooking for a large group.
Only recommendations for the owner/manager; (1) the power went out for a couple of hours and we looked for candles to provide additional lighting and was only able to find a single decorative candle that had very little wick/wax left. I would recommend back up light resources to have on hand. (2) The house is on a nice lot but not able to enjoy the grounds around the house as they were over ridden with very tall weeds. I would recommend knocking down some of the weeds surrounding the house to make the grounds more enjoyable to guests.
Overall, a great find and a great place to relax and hang out with family!"
