  • Lovely & Charming

    "Love the home and location of the property. It was very comfortable for our family that included my 82 year old mother, my son and family that included two children 9 and 11. The house had all the comforts of home and it was close to everything we did on Lookout Mountain and dining out. The Pizza we ordered was delivered in less than 30 minutes. One thing I would suggest you bring is extra tissue and paper towels and laundry detergent. Once we got to the property it was easy to let ourselves in and just like the sign on the front door said welcome. We indeed felt welcomed. Ms. Jackie, the property representative was so very nice when I spoke to here by telephone. I appreciate her helping me maneuver through the email to get to the appropriate document to complete the reservation process. Ms. Jackie we loved the home and we would come back if the occasion arose again."

  • Addressing barely better than camping review

    "First, there is free phone service (land line) in the house so the property phone could have been used to call the property manager with any issue. Unless you have Verizon service on a cell phone, you won't get reception. Next, the hot water was promptly addressed the next day with the day of no hot water credited back to the customer. We have landscaping service come out every two weeks. As far as her other issues with lady bugs or a wasp nest on the porch, had we known about them, we could have addressed it at the time. If there is a two week gap between guests after the house is clean, some issues could arise. We always pride ourselves on addressing any issue to make sure our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The problem is finding out issues after the fact that could have been addressed, and then being black mailed for a free stay or a huge refund after a guest leaves or a bad review will be written is not fair."

  • Family and Friend Gathering

    "My sons, cousins, uncles and friends gathered to celebrate one of my son's engagement. This house was perfect for our gathering-fellowship and meals. In addition, it was very clean, and there was ample parking. Being close to downtown was a plus."
