  • AMAZING!

"We are from Michigan and rented this house to stay at for our wedding/honeymoon trip. Let us just say, pictures do not do it justice! This is a nice home but an amazing property. Getting to the house was pretty easy and we enjoyed some of the scenic views on our way. It's close enough to town and far enough from neighbors to not realize they are there. It was an absolutely peaceful trip and we didn't want to come home. We got married about 35 minutes away and came back to the house for part of our photo shoot. Our photographer was able to get some beautiful pictures with the mountains and river in the background. This house is very well kept! It was clean and roomy for us, our 3 adult guests and 2 teenage daughters. It has 2 full bathrooms which worked out well for us and we spend a lot of time swimming in the river. There is a steep slope getting to and from the house to the dock, but it was well worth it when you see how much better the views were down there! The owner is wonderful. She was very helpful when we had questions before making the trip. We met her dad who was also so nice and even invited us to attend church with them that Sunday (unfortunately, we were very tired from celebrating our marriage the night before lol) We plan to rent this home again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a nice, relaxing get away!"

  • Great location!

"My husband and I stayed in the bungalow for 4 nights. While temperatures were in the 90s outside, the house stayed cool. The beds were comfortable and everything worked including the large washer and dryer. We were about 2 blocks from Frazier street, the waterfront park, the walking bridge, great restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again."

  • Lovely small home and great location!

"We stayed here for the 7 Bridges Marathon in 2014. The home is very well maintained, tastefully decorated, and the linens are high quality. The living areas are gracious and comfortable. The kitchen is cheerful and adequate for preparing family meals. We enjoyed eating with the kids on the back patio, as the indoor table was small (seats 3) and is a "high-boy" table (fine for older kids and adults, but not ideal for toddlers). The weather was so nice that we were happier outside, anyway! We walked to get ice cream in the evenings, to the race start, to the packet pick-up, and to the aquarium on one of our fun days. I felt very comfortable walking in the neighborhood. There is WIFI, a dishwasher and laundry machines. The owners were easy to work with, and very responsive to email questions. We stayed with our 2 young kids, and they loved the house too! We'll be back!"

  • Nice Vacation House

"It was so nice to be out enjoying the surrounding attractions all day knowing that we'd be coming back to a beautiful pool. My family enjoyed the pool so much! The house was comfortable and clean and met our needs just fine. We also found the home owners to be friendly and helpful. I could easily see our family returning for another vacation."
