  • Fishing Retreat

"We had a great time while at the Blue Barn, plenty of room for eight grown men (some grown more than others) the property was spacious and clean. The owners are very nice and quick to respond to our emails. The location was perfect and everything went extreamly smooth. Thanks to the Blue Barn for a great trip, a return trip is already in the planning stages. We will be spreading the news about The Blue Barn.."

  • perfect place to get away and relax!

"We loved it! It was beautiful, peaceful, and private. We had everything to ourselves, the lake, dock, deck, firepit, grill, and the cottage. Lots of bass in the lake. Never caught them but saw huge ones all around the dock. The kayaking was a fun way to get around the lake. Pat was very helpful and has everything you need in the cottage."

  • Excellent!!

"We had a week getaway with our family, and everyone had an excellent time! From the adults to the children, no one wanted to leave. The view was breath taking! The house was clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The owners are wonderful, very accommodating. The website pictures do not give this home justice, just a beautiful location! Even though there are other homes nearby, the trees offer a very private setting. We were just a short drive from Pigeon Forge for shopping and other attractions. We are already trying to plan our next vacation at this home, possibly this year, but most definately next year!"

  • Great trip!

"I just got back from staying here with some friends and we loved it. The view from the back deck is as advertised. The great thing about the lake is that it was hardly crowded at all. I recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There are marinas very close if you want to rent a boat which is very convenient. I looked at several other places before picking this house and I will say for the price you can't beat it."
