  • Great lodge cabin house this place is huge!!!!!!!!

"We had a great stay, the pool table issues mentioned by other reviews have been fixed, The pool was warm and fantastic my wife and daughter loved it. We visit the smokies at least once a year a different cabin every year this one is our favorite by far!!!! Most relaxing vacation ever you did not have to leave the cabin. We did go to the aquarium and one other trip to Gatlinburg and into the park but most of our 4 days we spent in the pool then in the theater at night. The gas grill does need replaced though. We have a very bad storm while we were at the aquarium we came back to a wet living room floor, I went out side and could see the storm damage to the roof . I called Debbie the roofer was there the next morning an had it repaired. Owning rentals my self I let them know of a few other issues that would not effect our stay but probably were not noticed by cleaning crew and would need attention before they became a problem. Told her not worry but she sent someone out to fix right away. Would rent this place again. plan to next year!!!!"

  • Cozy Cabin

"Very cozy cabin sitting on Cosby Creek, great views in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed here for four nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The porch creek side was peaceful even though there are neighbors, we never heard anything out of them. The hot tub on the bottom level gives you a view of the creek to enjoy. The only complaint was the bed in the loft which had a huge dip in it and was rather noisy. If the loft bed was fixed we would definitely stay again. A 30 minute drive to Gatlinburg with cute local restaurants near by."

  • Amazing cabin

"This cabin is amazing, very rustic yet cozy, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The hot tub was just what we needed after a long drive and several traffic jams. We would most certainly would return. I just wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights. There was so much to do, we unfortunately didn't get to do everything we wanted. We followed our GPS but it led us to the wrong place, the owner come and met us, even recommended a local restaurant. We went to Smokey Mountains National Park, and Cherokee, NC. It was only a short drive away. I would highly recommend this place with a few exceptions. The bedroom is a loft upstairs and it has a very steep staircase so I would not recommend it for anyone with small kids, the elderly, or someone with a disability. There are 2 beds, a twin size day bed, and a queen size bed in the loft, most teenagers wouldn't want to stay in the same room with their parents. This cabin is away from it all, so a car is needed. There is a creek right out the back door with a swift current so letting small kids explore would not be a good idea. There is a jacuzzi tub upstairs in the loft, but the hot water tank doesn't have the capacity to fill it. The heat from the gas stove is a bit dry, and it gets hot fast, even on low. I would recommend a cast iron kettle to put on top of the gas stove to put moisture in the air and/or keep the windows open, which has the added benefit of hearing the creek out back, which is very relaxing. The stove is electric so if you are used to cooking on gas, it will be different. The cookware is all teflon coated, if you are worried about the adverse health effects of cooking on teflon bring something to cook on from home, if you forget it's not too far away that you can't pick up something at the store."

  • Up in the heavens!

"Beautiful cabin high in the mountains with an incredible view every day. Plenty of room for our 2 couples, nicely furnished, clean, quiet, convenient for touristing, what's not to like! Hope we can come back some day soon."
