"One word: PERFECTION! My family and I absolutely loved Trails End. I'm already trying to find a reason to go back. Joan was such a pleasure to talk to when planning our trip. We do have one question: what type of mattress/mattress topper/sheets are on the beds? They felt AMAZING! We must find out!
This cabin is not far from the Pigeon Forge strip, yet private all at the same time. The hot tub was probably my favorite and the pool table was my husband's favorite. The beds slept amazing and everything was in nice shape and SO clean. Joan, the Christmas décor is beautiful!"

"We stayed at Moongalbah for a reunion weekend and it was absolutely perfect!! The house is wonderful and perfect for relaxing and spending time together with friends. All of the bedrooms are nicely sized and are great for couples and kids alike. And Sue could not have been nicer and more accommodating --- she went to great lengths to make sure that we were happy and made to feel very welcome. We had a lovely little welcome basket waiting for us when we arrived at the charming home and felt like we were staying with family. Clifftops is also such a great setting (some great paths and amenities within as well as easy access to a number of trails, etc) and very easy to get in and out. We would absolutely rent this house again and will recommend it to all of our Sewanee friends."

"My family stayed in this cabin for a week. The owners gave us a great military discount. It was very clean upon arrival. The view from the porch was great and we loved the hot tub. My kids loved having access to the pool and we bought a temporary fishing license and went fishing off of the docks on the lake. I was able to bring my dog with us too. The kitchen was well stocked and we prepared numerous meals there. My kids loved the pool table in the loft and they even slept there since it had a TV. The owners were great about responding to our emails and questions. There were a few negatives. We had to contact the owners about where to take the trash. It would be great if that information was posted in the cabin. There was no wifi. I didn't realize this when we booked this cabin so our computer and phone usage was limited. We rented movies to watch, but never could get the DVD player in the living room to work. There was no TV in either bedroom and the lighting was very dim, but that's because there were light bulbs out in almost every room. During the middle of our stay, we noticed water dripping from the freezer into the fridge. The water from the ice maker was running into the fridge. There was a cracked toilet seat in one of the bathrooms. We notified and sent pictures of these issues to the owners so hopefully they will have them repaired before the next guests arrive. Another major negative of this cabin is the location. It is at least a 30 minute drive to Pigeon Forge, longer if there is a lot of traffic. We always stay in Sevierville, but never in this part. We were just not used to having to drive so far to get to many attractions. Overall, we had a great stay and the price cannot be beat."
