"Our family of 6 has stayed several times at this lovely condo. The minute you see the lovely view of the lake, all the pressures of the world slip away. The condo is always very clean and well stocked. Lots of fun things to do in the area, including a great indoor pool at the community club. Groceries are available at a new mini mart just a few feet down the road as well as a full-service grocery within a mile or so. If you're thinking of staying here, don't hesitate another minute!"

"Tennessee has always been a vacation stop for me since I was a kid, decided to make a trip with my boyfriend and friends that have never been. This cabin was perfectly located, only took us 20-30 minutes to get to the Smokies and pigeon forge/gatlinburg. The cabin was very cleaned and had everything that was needed. The view was beautiful and we really enjoyed the fire place outside with some smores. The owners were very easy to talk to and even checked in with us during our stay. We were already planning a trip back before we checked out!"

"We rented the Keeton House for two nights last weekend while visiting Chattanooga for a wedding. There were two families sharing the house because we decided that being together would be more fun than staying in 4 hotel rooms. Much less expensive, as well!
Like any 100 year old house, the Keeton House was not perfect (neither are hotels.) However, we were able to work around the problems. There was a water pressure problem with one of the two upstairs showers. The other was a slow draining sink in the Master bath. Since there were two sinks in that bath, we were fine. Additionally, because the bathroom was so large, those that needed to use the Master shower could do so without being in the way of someone else getting ready. I feel sure that both plumbing issues will be repaired. We left a note for the owners.
The house was decorated nicely (Fall decor!), well appointed and clean. The beds very comfortable and we had plenty of storage for clothes and suitcases.
We did not use the kitchen to cook, so I cannot comment on the range, however, we did use the coffee pot. The kitchen seemed well stocked and fairly large. The fridge looked brand new and kept our drinks cold.
Contrary to another review, we felt the seating to be very adequate for a group. We simply used some of the comfortable dining chairs to gather around in the living room. We watched football games on the large screened TV. The LR and front porch were great places to gather in the mornings with a cup of coffee or in the evenings to chat. The house temperature was perfect...neither too hot or too cool. The HVAC unit seemed to work well.
Parking was fine, and the neighbors were very nice. If you have time, stroll around the neighborhood. Such charming homes!
Location was key. We were able to enjoy the pedestrian bridge over the water, the North Shore park, shops, etc., plus we were only a short drive away from the Chattanoogan hotel where the wedding festivities took place.
We would not have traded our two nights and quality time with family for any hotel in Chattanooga! We will certainly remember the Keeton House for any upcoming stays."

Outstanding 3 Day get-away. Property was as expected. Very tranquil. Loved it!!!!
"Anniversary retreat. Very cozy area. Enjoyed our stay even if it rained the whole time. Only recommendation would be to get a gas grill. Hard to keep coals hot in the rain. Overall very nice experience."
