  • Very Relaxing

"My husband & I chose Water's Edge specifically for the fishing pond. The cabin is BEAUTIFUL! The location is only 5-10 minutes to the Parkway - far enough away that it's an escape, but close enough that it's not inconvenient. We will definitely return to this cabin when we need another relaxing, peaceful, extended weekend."

  • Ohio Family Getaway

"We had a group of 25, including children and this house was wonderful. We were not crowded at all. It was great to be able to fix a meal of that size and have everyone eat at the same dining room table. We were not bothered by noise from one level to the next at all, so even though the house had so many people, it still felt private. It is not a bad drive up at all since it is right on Wiley Oakley. We did have some issues with the parking at the right side of the drive but were able to work that out. The swim spa was just amazing. I had no idea it would be so big and I really wonder how you got it in the house. You had to build around it I would think. There are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but nothing that would deter me from renting this home again. It would have been nice to have written instructions for the theater room, as well as for remotes in the house. A channel guide would have been nice too. I think our only complaint was the bathrooms and this goes for all 12 of them.....they are WAY too dark and the mirrors are too low. I don't know who hung those mirrors but I am 5'5" and had to bend down to do my makeup....plus it was dark! Also, the bathrooms are very small with no benches or shelves to put toiletry items or clothes. This really is a great home and I think we all look forward to being able to return."

  • Great Place to Stay!!

"This cabin was exactly as described!! It was also very close to everything yet very private and peaceful and quiet. It was great for us because the king bedroom was separated from the kids room by the kitchen/great room. The pool was an added bonus because it was so close and our kids loved it!! It also came with many items we didnt think to bring!! The laundry machines definitely came in handy many times with washing our kids clothes. We were so grateful for those little added touches!! We would definitely stay at this cabin again the next time we visit the Pigeon Forge area."

  • Great Stay!

"We rented the cabin because of all the extras it had for the kids to do. Fooseball, Pool table, wii, and pool. We were in town for a baseball tournament that we ended up winning!!! Never made it to the pool all though it appeared to be a very nice and clean area. The wii batteries were dead so we bought our own for our stay so we could use it. Elayne was great to work with!"

Providing a privacy and homeyness that easily outdoes other East Tennessee resorts, Dunlap vacation rentals are ideal for couple getaways or vacations with the whole family. Sights to See in East Tennessee

Dunlap vacation rentals are ideally situated in East Tennessee, being but thirty minutes from Chattanooga, where families can visit Tennessee's largest aquarium or play in the Creative Discovery museum, a favorite with children. Dunlap cabins are also only twenty minutes from Fall Creek Falls, where a large state park offers swimming, horseback riding, and hiking to numerous majestic waterfalls among its many nature-centered activities.

Enjoy Bluegrass and Country Music

Music lovers staying in Dunlap cabins may also enjoy taking in unique bluegrass and country music offerings, most notably at the Coke Ovens Bluegrass Festival, which takes place every June in Dunlap's own Coke Ovens Park.
