"GREAT CABIN + GREAT LOCATION= GREAT MEMORIES MADE!!!!!!!!!!!! Our family loved being a guest at "Bearly Visible". We enjoyed the convenient location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Plenty of room for all of us and hot tub was great. No complaints at all. Washing machine and dryer was also a nice bonus. Everything was provided that we needed (towels, linens, and a starter of toiletries). This was very convenient after a long drive. There is a nice grocery store not far from the cabin (Food City) that was convenient as well. Great stay, highly recommended!!!!!!!"

"This chalet was very comfortable. We had eleven people staying in this chalet and we didn't feel cramped at all. The screened in back porch was a wonderful place to fit and relax while visiting with family. The chalet was very clean when we arrived. The owners are such a pleasure to work with and are very quick to respond. She even called to check to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and apologize for a late check in and having clean dishes left in the dishwasher that had not been put up yet because they did not want to delay check in any later. We would highly recommend renting from these owners because they are such a pleasure to work with. We rented another chalet from them last year and had no issues either time. Thank you Steve & Deb Akers for renting to us so our family could get together in one place. We had a wonderful time and made many memories."

"This is the first trip to the mountains for my husband and I since we got married this past May. Lucky for us (sarcasm), it came a huge snow just a day or two before we were supposed to drive down here late at night. The path up here was fairly safe...except for Ridge High Pass :) We parked about 100 yards away from the Cabin-off the road and blocking no traffic-all weekend. And it was WONDERFUL! The cabin and the mountains are BEAUTIFUL in the snow! The jetted garden tub was JUST the thing we needed to wind down from driving on icy roads. Our second night, we stayed in, baked cookies, and played pool! (I won btw). The third night, we just stayed in and slept. That's almost impossible to do at a condo or a hotel with all the rowdy neighbors.
This cabin has EVERYTHING you need, minus a grocery run, maybe. Hot tub, jetted garden tub beside the bed, washer/dryer/dish washer, full kitchen, fireplace, grill, front and back porch, BEAUTIFUL view, serenity, privacy, Harry Potter movies! :) This was our first cabin rental anywhere, but I'm not even interested in shopping around. The Cuddle Up is PERFECT. Cabin owners/first contacts were SO helpful at like 3 am when we arrived to give us the door code. Not many owners are that accommodating.
We are VERY impressed and we will recommend the cabin to our friends and family! For future renters - ENJOY!

"Lovely vacation home and location!!! We spent 5 day at this lovely vacation home, at the end of December 2014. We were a large group of friends ( 7 families/ 6 children).
This is a truly beautiful home ( the photos don’t do its justice :) ), very clean, with lots of room for everyone, beautifully decorated and with everything one could possibly need in a ”home away from home”. The beds were comfortable,( kids loved the bunk beds), the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. The two separate living-rooms upstairs together with the game room downstairs gave everyone an option for a joyous or a quite place to spend time with friends.
We enjoyed the hot tub as well as the fire pit in the nice, large yard. Too bad we had a few rainy days.
This vacation home is away from all the noise but still close to a variety of attractions. It’s definitely the best choice if you plan to visit Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, or even if you just want to relax and enjoy the nature. It’s the perfect place for both a winter or summer vacation close to the mountains. I’m sure the pool is great during summer time.
Ted, the owner was a pleasure to work with. He was ready to accommodate us with anything that we might have needed. We forgot a charger when we left, and he was kind enough to mail it to us right away.
We will definitely come back!"
