"We loved the cabin as said in other reviews the pictures don't do justice. Coffee on one of the covered porches every morning was awesome. Had to have the dryer repaired Christy responded and had it fixed. The ad on VRBO listed the fireplace however when we tried to use it Christy said that when the gas runs out usually in April they don't refill it until fall. This should be noted on VRBO. This is one of the reasons we chose this cabin. All in all it was wonderful and will look forward to returning."

"Group of 4 of us stayed here for a long weekend. We had a great time! Right between Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. A little scary drive for us northern girls that are used to flat land, but it was so neat and an experience we will never forget! GPS took us right there with no problem! The place is nice and clean & plenty of room! Very private & quite. Hot tub was nice after our long drive! Owner was very friendly and helpful also. We went to one of the club house pools for a few hours. Not far from Chalet and very nice too! I would definitely stay there again!"

"My husband and I rented this cabin for our 20th wedding anniversary and were not disappointed.
It is private and peaceful. It was wonderful playing pool in the downstairs entertainment room and then listening to the crickets in the evenings. The trees were dropping acorns all over and a few times we were almost pegged, but hey, that's nature.
We bought some steaks and grilled them and after dinner had a glass of wine while relaxing in the hot tub listening to the sounds of the woods.
We were fortunate enough to see a black momma bear and her cub walking along the road to the cabin. We got some great pictures as we slowly and carefully drove by them.
Many of the stores in downtown Gatlinberg has changed since we were last there but the atmosphere is the same. We visited the many hiking trails and swimming holes we were familiar with.
If anyone was looking for a good hiking trail, The Chimney Tops is always a winner. Our favorite swimming hole is called The Sinks and is right off a road in the Smokies.
I highly recommend this cabin and hope to rent it again.
Thanks for an amazing place to stay for our anniversary!"

"Our family of 11 stayed in this cabin following Christmas 2014. The cabin itself was very spacious and accomodating to such a large group. We enjoyed the bedrooms being on three separate levels. It obviously has not been updated or remodeled in many years, but it's possible that this is one reason this huge cabin is less expensive. We called on the owner/manager one time when the smell of smoke filled the cabin. He was quick to arrive and did a walk-thru with us. He was pleasant and easy to work with. (No alarm...decided it was the heating coils or something like that:) The size and location are both excellent! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning."
