"We just left BMC after spending the 4th of July weekend and week there. This place has it all as the title says. Others mentioned the need for updating but you aren't going to get granite countertops and hardwood floors at this value. Plus, they aren't needed. We had expected our kids to come visit but they didn't so my wife and I had the whole place to ourselves and we did not feel overwhelmed with the size of the place. It was very clean, you walk in and your are immediately met with the view of the mountains out the wall of windows. We got to see a momma bear and her cub and was entertained daily by the neighborhood bunny. You are at the top of the mountain and the views are what you expect. The owners provide plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, washing powder, and linens. Best of any cabin we've stayed at. The drive up is interesting to say the least. You would want 4WD and/or chains on snowy days I'm sure. Location was perfect, behind the Gatlinburg Visitors Center on the road between PF and GB. Easy access to the National Park. All in all, a very nice place to stay, the owners were great to work with, instructions to the place were perfect and we had almost perfect weather for the 8 days we stayed there. The first cabin/chalet my wife said she would rent again. Surprised they have any openings as this is quite a secret. You will not be disappointed."

"We were a party of 10 'over 55'. The house was clean and very comfortable. It rained one day so we got out the games and played pool. There is a little market that will deliver pizza if you don't want to go out. We did not venture out at night. The house would have been very hard to find. Note landmarks as well as the owners directions. Lynn is very responsive and easy to work with. Wish all property owners were that conscientious.
The gang was very disappointed that we didn't see any bears. But we saw a bunny rabbit!"

"Our family spent a week at Bear Foot Inn and had a great time! The house was perfect four family of 5. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in ghe house was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were all very comfortable and we loved the 2 balconies! The house is close enough to downtown Gatlinburg that spending an evening there is easy, yet it's far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. We made the short drive up to Ober Gatlinburg and took the arial tram car downtown one night. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property!"

"This is our 2nd time staying here & have loved the great communication by the owner. He is very available & willing to help in any way. The place is such a great value for the amount of space. So many bedrooms, baths, foos & pool tables. The dining room table is FABULOUS.. and can fit your whole group around it for a nice meal or playing games. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need to cook & eat. There was a high bear alert, when we were there... & you do need to be watchful & very careful. Do NOT leave food outside or in your cars. Bears have a HIGH sense of smell & are hungry.. We had a mommy bear and her 4 bear cubs, all over our driveway every morning & at dusk. We took a million pictures. It was awesome..& terrifying. We had a great weekend of laughing, making great memories and enjoying the easy to get to sites of Gatlinburgh and Pigeon Forge. The cabin is older, but clean, spacious and perfect for our large group. We also love having WIFI, that is a huge plus. Hot tub was clean and large, another fun perk. We are return guests and are sure to be back again."
