  • *Magnificent*

"We spent Spring Break with our 10 year old at Above Par Condo. This was our second stay at this condo. Just as before, it was wonderful. They have everything you need. I love how everything is labeled and there are detailed instructions on everything. This really helps. The view is magnificent. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub for four out of the five nights. We packed a picnic lunch and ate at the tables by the playground and then watched my son play. We had wonderful weather in the 70s and 80s while we were there. We ate at the Alamo, Old Mill, Fanny Farkles, Bennett's, Cracker Barrel and Cheddars. All were delicious! My son and husband highly recommend the Gatlinburg Mountain Coaster in Gatlinburg!"

  • Family Reunion

"Overall - EXCELLENT! The cabin is exactly as advertised and looks even more beautiful in person. The view is more breathtaking than any picture or description. It was fantastic to be able to sit inside or outside and see the spectacular views of the mountains. You feel very secluded and private with the plethora of trees surrounding the cabin. It was a perfect find for our family reunion - 27 total (13 adults / 14 kids). We loved the fact that there were plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for each couple which made it feel more like a vacation with your own space to relax and recharge. The kids loved the movie room and the hot tub. The adults played lots of pool and hung out in the living room playing games and sipping coffee as we watched many sunsets/sunrises and clouds dance across the peaks. The reservation process and the checkin / checkout was smooth and easy. They keep you informed with e-mails and phone calls if needed. Phyllis was extremely helpful with a couple questions I had and getting us a couple of new pool cues within a couple hours. The cleaning staff was very cordial and I was pleased with the condition of the cabin when we arrived. This will be a vacation to remember for our family for a long time. Gatlinburg and surrounding area provides much to do but the cabin is also perfect for just some R&R so no need to go crazy on activity planning. The cabin is kid friendly and the bunk beds were great for sleeping the kids. Also the kid cabin was a place they could call their own and hang out giving the adults some quiet time without being nervous in what they were doing. The 7 nights stay was a perfect amount of time and we look forward to our next visit at Crantzdorf."

  • Amazing view

"This a great condo. Hard to find a better view anywhere for this price. We made it a long weekend for spring break with our 2 teens and each brought a friend. Plenty of space for everyone and the stocked kitchen made it easy for the meals we had in the condo. The kids loved the indoor pool and we enjoyed the hot tub after a long day. Pam was very helpful and I can't wait to stay again. The pull out couch was not the most comfortable, but for kids it was fine (I think it just has been closed up a lot so it was pretty thin but still looked new). Thanks Pam for all the help on the first day, I can't wait to stay again."

  • Location, location, location

"We loved our time in the Wilderness Lodge. My husband and I enjoy the outdoors, and the location of the cabin, just minutes from the Greenbrier entrance to the Great Smokies National Park, was an unexpected plus. We hiked to the Ramsey Cascades, an eight-mile roundtrip, which leads to what we both agreed was the prettiest waterfall in the park. Back at the cabin, we could look out over the panoramic view of northern reaches of the Smokies and plot just where we had hiked that day."
