"Our family reunion of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this mountain cabin. It is extremely spacious in the main living areas which is where we like to congregate. The kitchen is well equipped and has a wonderful peninsula counter-top for visiting while preparing food. We appreciated the high chair provided too! The air hockey, pool table, foosball and hot tub worked well for us. The deck has a double swing, 4 rocking chairs and a large table with 6 comfortable chairs. We enjoyed dinner out on the deck on the 4th of July.
As others have stated the view is fabulous. We delighted in watching the ever changing clouds pass in the valley or around the mountain tops. We had a great view of the 4th of July fireworks in Gatlinburg below us too!
Pigeon Forge is close, so we took in Dollywood one day. Gatlinburg which we liked much more is a short 3-5 minute drive down the mountain. The proximity to Roaring Fork Motor Trail is incredible which made hiking to Grotto Falls and Rainbow Falls possible, even with a toddler and infant. Our only regret was that we didn't have a few more days to really enjoy the house! We were so close to hikes and waterfalls that we spent too little time in the cabin relaxing and enjoying the deck and the view!"

"We totally enjoyed our brief stay at your cabIn. Great bear theme and decor. Toilet upstairs was broke as was one of the bunk ladders. Kids( and Adults) loved the nostalgic real arcade games. Just a great place to make memories. Thanks."

"My wife and I have stayed in a few other cabins in the Gatlinburg area, but Swaying Pines is our favorite by far. The cabin has all the necessities and then some. We enjoyed the hot tub, horseshoes, lake, and covered deck. Our four year old son also enjoyed all the games and outdoor toys as well. He said, "They must've known I was coming here." Thanks again for sharing your cozy chalet with us. We hope to return soon!"

"We recently stayed at the Papa Bear cabin and were very pleased with the accommodations. The views of the mountains from not only the deck but the inside of the cabin are truly remarkable. We had three generations staying at the cabin and each one had fun and could spread out and relax with all the room in this cabin. The owners Becky and John were very nice and easy to work with. We have stayed at other places in Gatlinburg before but due to the size of our group this year we had to get a larger cabin and with all you get for the price of the rental I don't see how you could get a better deal. I have recommended this cabin to my friends and we will definitely be coming back."
