"Had a great time. Was able to walk to town and save money on parking. Which runs 8 to 10 dollars on the Main Street. Patty make the whole process easy. With texting me when the condo was clean and ready to the access code to the keyless door. Any concerns and problems was handle promptly by Patty. The condo was a great base for us, while we went exploring the town and the smoky mountain. I am hoping to return someday. One week was not enough time to do everything or see everything."

"My husband and I stayed here for our 2nd wedding anniversary. We loved how homey the chalet felt. The only way to get to the hot tub and the downstairs area which has a bathroom, beds, washer and dryer and games was to go outside and down the deck stairs. But there are two bedrooms upstairs and the couch pulls out to a bed so unless you just have a lot of people no one would have to stay down there. We loved the air hockey table downstairs. The hot tub was semi-private. It had a privacy screen on one side, but there are chalets on both sides so we would have liked another privacy screen on the other side of the porch. The furniture was all very comfortable and we loved the flat screen in the living room. The kitchen was clean and nice. The jacuzzi tub in the bedroom was awesome. It was huge! The view was a little obscured by trees, but was still beautiful and would be easily seen in the winter months. We loved the location of the chalet. It was very close to Gatlinburg and the parkway to Pigeon Forge. We loved that you had to use a code to get into the cabin because it kept us from having to keep up with keys. It snowed between 4-8 inches on Friday and we wouldn't have survived had it not been for the gas fireplace. We did end up having to leave the chalet because of the power outage and stay in a hotel our last night. Overall, we had a good time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We hope to be able to come back again."
