"We stay at this cabin for three years now, and we really enjoy it. It is not the most up to date cabin, but the room and the fact that it has 2 stoves and 2 refrigerators for our 26 youth kids is a major plus. We also love that the dining room area is big enough and has enough seats for them all to be able to eat together. A great location. We will be staying again next year as well."

  • Last minute vaca

"The cabin was very clean (I'm very picky) and comfortable. We were only there for 2 nights so we did not get to enjoy the screened in porch or hot tub but both looked very inviting and clean also. We enjoyed our stay and would love to go back when we can stay longer!"

  • Great Place!

"What a great place. The wife and I decided to do a last minute trip to the Smoky Mountains. We were worried all the good places would be taken. They weren't!. This cabin was awesome. It was exactly as pictured and stated on VRBO (which surprisingly doesn't always happen). It was easy to get to, but still secluded. It is literally five feet from the water and when you open the windows you can hear the small rapids all night long. Much better than one of those noise makers for light sleepers. The cabin was beautifully furnished. and has all the conveniences you would expect from a first class facility. We felt like we were staying in someone's home and not a rental cabin, which is exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room, all the amenities, and great views. I cannot say enough good things about this property. We will be staying here next year. What we liked the most was the communication. When researching places to stay we sent several e-mails to property owners. Most took several days to respond. Collin & Debbie responded the same day, even though we sent our initial request at 9:30 at night. After booking, they continued to be proactive and provide all the details we would need such as directions and special instructions. And since no one was renting it on the day of our arrival, we were able to check in early too."
