"From our first impression to our last look, Bella Vista exceeded all expectations. The views are breath-taking. The accommodations are very first class. We especially enjoyed the theatre room. Great location as well, close to everything! We considered never leaving! "

  • Clean, quiet, great location, perfect for 2 people, too small for 4

"I stayed here on Easter weekend with my wife and two children. The cabin is in a great location, just outside of Gatlinburg in a quiet area. Mills Park is right down the road, which has a playground, soccer fields, jogging track, etc. There is a grocery store just a few minutes away, and many cute arts and crafts shops. The cabin was clean and well maintained, with a nice porch with rocking chairs, hot tub, fire pit, etc. It is small. There is a pool table in the loft upstairs, which is fun, but was barely usable because there isn't enough room to use the pool cues due to the lack of space. If the couch was made into a sleeper, it took up the entire living room and made access to the loft and second bathroom pretty much impossible. The kitchen is very small, with no pantry, and very little counter space, so this made it a bit more challenging to cook for four. Iit is a wonderful cabin for two people. It's very cute, and very nice. The rental agency staff was fantastic from start to finish. I would definitely stay there again, and would highly recommend it, but not with four people."

  • Comfy, Cozy, and Convenient

"Perfect place for a nice "retreat" but also if you want a "treat". It was a within walking distance of the strip which made it really handy for a family with a pile of kids. Our kids ranged from infants to a 13 year older. I liked the fact that each bedroom had its own FULL bathroom. One of the bedrooms also had a washer and dryer. Also the wooden floors made it easy for clean ups. The swimming pool downstairs was warm for the kids to comfortably romp in and then glide on over to the whirlpool area for added fun. Although the kitchen could get a little crowded, we were able to prepare a decent dinner every evening we were there! This place is well worth the money we saved ... no car needed and no having to eat out at expensive restaurants (and waiting in line to be served). Being able to walk to the strip after dinner for ICE CREAM was the best(est)."
