Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family reunion was wonderful in part because we chose Elk Springs Resort. We used a total of 5 cabins/homes and everyone of them was exactly as depicted on the website. They truly are amazing properties. "

  • Great Property

"We visited this property during Spring Break. Very clean..nicely decorated. Very steep entrance...found best way to park was to back up the hill from the parking pad at the bottom of the hill. My granddaughters however were disappointed that the hot tub did not heat. Notified owner so hopefully it is repaired for your visit. Lots of fun activities, ziplining, Lumberjack Feud (so much fun), Dick's Last Resort. If you are looking for cowboy boots...Boot Factory Outlet...buy 1 get 2 free..great selection. "

  • Family 'getaway'.

"Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Elk's Spring was recommended to me by a friend who said this is the one place in Gatlinburg that you can be guaranteed to be clean and have everything you need. She also noted that they will take care of any issues immediately. My friend was not wrong. This place was great!! It was super clean, nicely furnished and had everything you needed (even had towels in the bathrooms, dish rag and soap in the kitchen etc.). The check in was super easy with them calling me the day of the check in to give me a code for the door. The cabin was ready early. The only drawback, and this was super minor, was that the cabins are a little close together and you could hear others talking on their decks. There are a ton of trees that help to block the view from other cabins which is helpful to the close proximity. Best part of the vacation was that the bedrooms were all on separate floors so we each could go to bed at different times and not disturb each other. The Theater room is a must and will definitely be a feature we want on our next rental - the kids loved this!! Nice that the cabins are right off the famous 'crafter's loop' we did a little shopping each day we came back to our cabin! Thanks for a great stay - we so got the 'getaway' that we wanted. "
